  1. Dunn was pretty good too. This is the best crop of youngsters we've had for 20 years
  2. Silly comment. It's like saying Shearer shouldn't have come back into the team after his cruciate injury. He was our best player and main goal threat just as Dack (along with AA) is now. You don't leave goals out of the side. And no-one can say the new 4-3-3 is a success as it hasn't been used enough to judge. So far we haven't won many games whilst using it. A win against Wycombe is indicative of very little and since Dack has been injured our record of winning games is generally poor.
  3. Good one. Dack out wide? Crazy He's more of a wide player than Dack.
  4. Agreed. One thing he's good at is closing down the opposition and putting them under pressure. Playing on the right of the 3 wouldn't be a bad shout if he's still got the legs. He was brilliant in a similar role a couple of seasons ago against Brentford at Ewood when we beat them 1-0. He didn't let them settle and effectively won the game for us because they couldn't play out from the back like normal.
  5. William's is worse than Bell going forward but better at the back. Not sure there's much in it but I'd say Bell is better option considering how much we rely on our FB's to attack. . That's how much we need a LB.
  6. The Andy Crawford derby. Same team again but Nyambe for JRC, and JRC moved to BB's position. Ayala probably needs a game or two behind closed doors if he hasn't played for 9 months.
  7. He shat on PNE He hates the Burnerlee
  8. I think quite a few teams will be looking at him if we let his contract slide. In fairness, he said he was doing 'ok'. He obviously doesn't really rate him or he wouldn't have brought Cunningham in.
  9. Say what? He's not coming back as a centre half. He'll be a goal scoring AM like he always has been.
  10. The decision to play JRC was the right one - a clean sheet and a comfortable win. Nyambe has hamstring problems so Mogga's decision was sensible.
  11. Travis is quality, and in a team that wants to press high up the pitch you need Travis energy and tackling ability. We have no-one else like him in the team. When Mogga talks about higher priorities than a LB I'm pretty certain he means CM. A back-up goalie rarely plays. Fisher can do that job.
  12. Brutal. And he's still got found a club.
  13. Yeah, it would be silly to let him go unless we do a Brentford and have a quality replacement lined up for a fraction of what we sell him for. He's a natural finisher. A bit like Dack.
  14. GK, LB, CM are all priorities.
  15. I think that may be a point worth repeating. They are essentially a L2 side who have massively overachieved in the last 2 years due to having a very talented manager (it would seem)
  16. It would seem there's already a £10m bid in for him, stinking out the place. If he stays injury free and in the striker spot then 20+ goals this season is highly likely. At the going rate for talented young strikers that bid would have to be doubled you would have thought - especially as he's English.
  17. They are a special lot at PNE online. Absolutely besides themselves that Dolan ahs left for bigger and better things. He loves the Rovers does Dolan.
  18. This was last news on Butterworth from June https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/18487669.rovers-attacker-nears-full-fitness-injury-nightmare/

  20. He's our best (only) LB unfortunately so he needs upgrading urgently.
  21. Be happy then and don't get involved in a very cordial discussion on who we sign next that you weren't involved in and you only joined in with to have a hissy fit. Are we good now|?
  22. 'Yeah well I don't care that she dumped me, I didn't like her anyway'
