God it's dull at the minute. Having thought it through... I can't see us spending a single penny on transfer fees in this window. It'll be loans, with any permanent signings being free and short-term (until the end of the season). Can't stand our owners (plus their minions Waggott and Suhail) with their shady antics. The court case, that doesn't affect Rovers, has... - Stopped the owners funding the Club, they don't want to match the money they send with a guarantee. - Resulted in us selling our best players, to pay the bills for the owners. - Prevented us from properly investing in the playing squad, despite raking in over £40m. On second thought, maybe the court case does affect Rovers... perhaps even, a ridiculous amount.

Wondering who we're gonna end up with as a striker in this window, just can't see us signing anyone of note. So i've had a look at all of the out-of-favour, unwanted strikers at other Clubs. At best, we might end up with Marcus Forss or Mileta Rajovic... not great I know. However, realistically it'll probably end up being one of Scott Hogan, Tom Bradshaw or Lukas Jutkiewicz.

The window closes in 3 weeks, and so far we've only signed a semi-retired Forshaw and a League One benchwarmer. Neither are an improvement on what we already have. We still have key players missing, and urgently need signings. Current situation; Eustace still wants cover at LB, expect a ridiculously cheap loan or Forshaw type signing there. Then we of course need a LW and ST. They need to get these 2 signings right, no pissing around and cheaping out - wishful thinking though really, fully expecting Rudy and Waggott to sign a couple of useless tossers on the cheap.

I wouldn't say so. True, they can fund us - but they seemingly don't want to with the current obstacles in place. My hope is that they fail with the case, and then come to the realisation that it's completely unsustainable having to fund the Club via the current method (having to match every £ sent with a bond).

Currently 2pm in Delhi, does anyone know if this has gone ahead? Looked on that site but can't find any 'live' court updates as such. Aware that there's a 99.99% chance it gets postponed again - but i'm clinging on to hope that they'll get told to piss off, and end up having to sell us.
