Upside Down replied to Adam C's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Absolutely top post. As galling as it is to see them celebrating like that it's also pretty funny as it just shows how small time they are and that we will always live rent free in their tiny minds. You're right, we didn't celebrate like that when we absolutely hammered them 5-0, we just moved on to the next one as we were always going on to bigger and better things. For them this is it, next year if they manage to go up they'll no doubt be spending another season embarrassing themselves on and off the pitch and looking back at the glory days of beating a totally depleted side one nil. For them there is nothing else othere than us. -

We've brought in over 30million in transfer fees, we should absolutely be spending money. Nobody is expecting the club to do that, that's why everyone is so fucking pissed off about the whole situation. Venkys just need to fuck off right now. -
That's hardly a difficult thing to do. I saw a pile of dog shit on the side of the road the other day that would be a better football club CEO than Maggot.

Semir something or other. Apparently tearing up the German fourth tier. -

We're talking about BLACKBURN Rovers here. Are you sure you're watching the right team? -

Where's our resident billy bullshitter and his famous fax machine? The window hasn't officially opened until we have some real 'ITK' clowns telling us we're linked to every player under the sun. -
Championship 24/25

Almost as though the aim was to get us sitting mid table in the second division permanently, out of the spotlight but still in a position where lots of financial turnover and losses can be accrued without much scrutiny 🤔 -

We won't be signing anyone long term unless they're a 15 year old. -

Conveniently for venkys they didn't appoint a real manager until the squad was completely depleted of any quality. -

So what do we think will be the excuse this year? Computer froze? 'Forgot' to fill out all pages of contract? Dog ate the contract? -

It's more like an anchor made of tungsten. We literally don't have anyone that can kick the football into the net. -

Yep, the dingles are a poor side. We're just worse unfortunately. -

We could have played for another 15 hours and wouldn't have scored. Funnily enough selling our only goalscorer and not replacing him turned out to be a bad idea, who'd have thought 🤔 -

Big problem comes when we need to make subs. That bench is awful. -

He does seem to win a lot of knockdown headers and such. Only small things but they are crucial to some of the goals we've scored this season. The number one example being the goal at t'turd. -

Hey, dinosaurs were the dominant form of life on this planet for millions of years and some are still around today. They've outlasted the football hipsters anyway. -

There's still thousands of tickets not released for sale, why? The demand is there and the club is constantly pleading poverty so why not get them all on sale? -

The biggest thing that has improved his game this season is that the defence is solid. He hasn't had much to do in most games. He's good reflexes and a good shot stopper but his decision making is where it all turns to custard. -

Upside Down replied to Tyrone Shoelaces's topic in I Can't Believe It's Not Football
It's been a deliberate movement over the last 20 years by the brewing industry to close down the pubs and get people drinking at home. If you want to know what caused the closedown of so many pub, look no further than the breweries that ran them. Into the ground. Deliberately. -

If Tuchel is gifted the draws that the wet lettuce was then England should be looking at winning easily.
