Too much is made of Benson's lack of experience in the game but what you have posted here is damning. There have been many goals over the last few years that we have conceded where the situation should have been dealt with by the keeper long before it ever became a goalscoring opportunity. This is especially true when it comes to crosses and set pieces. Previously Kaminski had the raw talent to make this not much of a huge issue. Now with Pears who doesn't have that talent level of Kaminski the problem is amplified tenfold. Replacement of both our goalkeeper and the goalkeeping coach is essential.
