  1. I'm more than happy to give him credit for selling Wharton off on the cheap as that was an absolutely disastrous decision and is representative of just how fucking useless and thick the guy is.
  2. It's not a popular position to hold but I 100% agree with you here. Acceptance of what has gone on makes you complicit. I have never accepted anything this ownership has done as being good enough and I have never ever supported them in any way. They have never seen a penny of my money and never will. It is up to the fans to demand better from them.
  3. The disgusting troll has got himself as the focal point again just as the heat gets turned up on the actual man in charge - Shadow Man Suhail. Let's not lose sight of the real targets here. Shadow Man and the owners.
  4. Just a slow gentle pass to feet will do it. Pears will take care of smashing it into the back of his own net for them.
  5. If Pears is our goalkeeper this year then we'll be lucky to not get relegated.
  6. Our anthem for this season Status Quo - Down Down
  7. Give em both barrels arbitro.
  8. I think we face the same issues here. The newer models have addressed a lot of the issues we've brought up but we're not fishing in that pond so it's the old cheap models that we're looking at.
  9. Getting closer to this now. Excitement is building.
  10. As much as I think Sammie is deserving of a move to a real football club, I hope the deal collapses and the club/owners run out of money and bring in the administrators. I want rid of them at any cost. We will never achieve anything under them. Anyone that believes we will is living in a fucking dream world.
  11. I think it's been well established that chaddy lives in chaddy land and if all's well there then it matters not what's going on for other people.
  12. Yes. I think they really need to state clearly what the objectives of the Trust are. At present they are this: "Our aims are clear, they are to: Secure the assets of our Club and promote our unique heritage Preserve the long term health of our Club Regenerate a new support base and mitigate against lost fans" But what does that mean? What does that look like? What is being done to achieve this? The only way to preserve the long term health of the club is to get rid of the owners. I think there needs to be a line drawn in the sand on this issue. I've no problem working with the current ownership as long as the objective is to get rid of them. If we don't get shut then all of these stated objectives will never be achieved and we'll be lucky to even have a football club if things carry on the way they are. This is the complaints we see on here time and time again, and is why the tea and biscuits line gets trotted out. Excellent work has been done recently getting the shadow man in the spotlight. The work done by all involved with the Trust is commendable and as stated by others, if you want to affect the way the Trust operates then join up and have your say.
  13. They've never cared Andy. Ever.
  14. If someone is desperate to get communication from the Trust they could always sign up for a tenner a year and get the email like I do. 👍
  15. I drove the EV we have at work and it was the nicest driving car I've ever been in. The major reservations for me with them is range and longevity. Even Makita batteries take a while to charge and lose their efficiency after a while. I think in terms of career opportunities you probably want something that you know you can get a long journey out of at short notice. You say you've a steady gig now but that can either change or there could be an opportunity for something special come up at short notice and reliable transport is essential.
  16. I reckon given your situation you should probably look at either a hybrid or extremely fuel efficient car. If an opportunity for a good project comes up you've got to go for it and these things are often last minute. You still need to put reliability up at the top of the pile when it comes to a new car. If it's the environmental concerns regarding a fossil fuel vehicle vs electric then there's far more to consider than just emissions. The minerals required for an EV are many and for every tonne of coltan that goes into building these things there probably a good couple of hundred child soldiers massacring their way through the Congolese jungle.
  17. "What about your links to Kentaro?" "Why has there not been a single attempt to get the club back into the Premier League?"
  18. More communication from the club and owners is exactly what we want. That way they can be held to what they say and pressed by the fans. We can demand to them that what they're doing isn't fucking good enough. It won't take long for them to hang themselves with their own words. Solid facts like what is outlined in the timeline can't be argued with or avoided.
  19. DUU YOO NUT NOO HEW FFP WERKZ! GET BEHIND THE LADZ FFS!
  20. I'd swap the keeper they don't have for the one we do anyday.
  21. I wouldn't. Anything other than promotion is a failure with this ownership.
  22. I'll believe it when they run out on the pitch in a game after the transfer window has closed.
  23. No no no. There will only be job losses if we go into administration.
  24. Well I hope you informed him that this is what the clubs and the league wanted.
  25. Excellent work getting the shadow man into the picture. Put pressure on the bastard. Also, his links to Kentaro. Make him feel the heat.
