I’ve been surprised with how many of the locals out here in Thailand know of Blackburn Rovers, our long history of success, and our recent demise. Unanimous in wanting us back in the top flight… although may just be try to milk tips out of me 😅 There was a dingle sat at breakfast in one of our hotels and I couldn’t even bring myself to give him some grief. I’ve done my usual checking of the book odds and opposition forum sleuthing. Bookies have us as favourites to win. Sentiment is generally high amongst the Oxford forums - expecting a tight game but most expecting the home win. One of them described Blackburn as a “bus stop in Burnley” so I hope we thrash them for that. I can’t predict this one at all tbh. Any point on the road is valuable, but would be delighted with 3. Can’t stop watching that second goal. Cantwell does brilliantly in tight space to beat two men to set up the transition to attack. That dummy from ACD left their defender in tatters. And what a finish from Brittain. We’ve scored some nice goals this season. Wish I’d seen Dion’s contributions - I had to step out momentarily.
