  1. I guess Picks, Wharton, Carter, Pears, Tronstad are the remaining core. Rest mercs/individuals, except the academy lads. I don't believe Val has the ability to build team morale for a second
  2. I would expect media to put high pressure on the club to at least get rid of VI and also continuously highlight the long list of troubles regarding Venkys. I'm surprised that Elliot Jackson, a young journo early in his career, seems so alone in reporting on Rovers. Perhaps it's due to the high numbers of clubs around Lancashire?
  3. behind a paywall. Could you please paste in the article here?
  4. https://www.instagram.com/p/C7QvrHItgdi/?img_index=1&igsh=eTNvbDZrNW0wMDZx He's a flamboyant character (remember El Hadj Diouf's colourful sports cars?) and it is based on that alone believable that he would own a Lamborghini with his name on the reg.plate. Perhaps even storing it in Manchester area where his now pregnant wife lives and plays for Manchester united

  6. His lady is playing for Manchester united and they are expecting their first child in May... I smell a permanent!
  7. He's a funny character. His looks are abit Geordie shore 😅 Will have the whitest teeth in Lancashire
  8. Aaron Dønnum. Norwegian international... Mates with Haaland, Berge and Ødegaard. Will travel with squad to WC.
  9. With Norway finally after 28 yrs qualifying for WC I bet Trondstad's perspective is this; I need to get to a different competitive club asap to increase my chances of getting picked. Sure there are four other players infront of him, but if injuries happen he has to be considered for selection. I'm not too sure about the story of his family wanting to move home to Norway. Perhaps moving away from rainy Lancashire or Manchester.
  10. What we do not know are the total agent fees of all the transfers in
  11. Waggott was all about doing most transfers close to deadline day because that was the time he believed the transfers were cheapest. He often said that in interviews. Which is probably true, but in my view that means pursuing players that are less attractive to most clubs and who does not necessarily fits a profile we are after.
  12. He is a winger according to Fotmob which is 10x more reliable on these matters than wiki!
  13. He had 51 games, 14 goals and 6 assists in Polish league, cup and conference league (Europe) last season
  14. I just have to applaud your grasp of the English language. Thanks!
  15. If he is healed up and in match fitness when the injuries around January approaches, I guess that is most important...?
  16. Has post-Waggott made any difference on transfers?
  17. I struggle to believe any (reputable) manager at this level would respect Rudy Gestede. Gestede is far too inexperienced in his position at this level. This alone can't be healthy in any organisation. Broughton atleast had more than 15 years as academy manager before coming to Rovers as sporting director.
  18. So this information, which came from senior sources within the club, were correct. This means that this has been "boiling" for atleast a few weeks.
  19. The replay shows that it was clear contact on Kargbo.
  20. Listening to Eustace's pre match interview (BBC), it is evident that he will rotate players; play the new signings and give chances to others.
  21. 10. Random/annual post of Harry Redknapp's interview from his car window on deadline day https://youtu.be/Nq5avEwoxfY?si=IxeFikOWgT8i0F5F
