  1. 10 photos of Baradji training but no video yet. Not yet convinced he exists not can play football.
  2. Meat and potato Cheese and onion Balti chicken Per Nixon's sauce
  3. If only there was some way to know how many people were coming, and plan stocks aligned to previous volumes
  4. My joke was I'd imagine the Polish league is much more physical than ours in terms of defending aerial balls etc. it's not a trait I associate with Hedges
  5. In fairness, the Polish league is infamously more technical and less 'lump it' than the championship
  6. It physically pains me that Gueye is on 10 grand a week. I've got to go to work on Monday know that.
  7. Warning 20 minute warning This is all gonna get a bit Gueyer
  8. Can we bring any of the legends on?
  9. Unsure if it's an intentional joke and I've missed it, but the 'for some reason' has really tickled me
  10. I know he is. I prefaced it with saying I'm a Pears hater. He winds me up
  11. Starting early on the Pears hate, and obviously he's not culpable for the goal, but he's some cheek to throw his hands up at that given his performances over the years
  12. Give them some respect. It's not like Blackburn is home to some kind of international fashion designer who would be happy to help is there
  13. Venkys out protest march/pub crawl anyone?
  14. Miller and Alebiousu are probably our two best signings this year, is there any other SPL guys outside of the old firm who could step in here?
  15. The club might not have been willing toupee for quality signings this season. If we don't see this out, maybe the board will finally realise good coverage up top and in goal doesn’t come cheap.
  16. Gueye on for Wharton? I know we're short but surely not
  17. I'm jinxing it here but thank god Sinclair Armstrong is coming on. Every time I've seen him he's looked premier league class up until the split second before he shoots the ball. Hopefully he keeps it up tonight
  18. I realise this is an 'if wishes were fishes' but if our last ball was even half decent, considering the teams quality has taken a tremendous knock, the football we play for the first 50 mins can be as good as any Eustace or even JDT ball (if not as free flowing). Unfortunately it's the final ball and the remaining 40 minutes that's a problem to solve
  19. Gudjohnsen and Morashita showing astounding chemistry
  20. Getting a bit tetchy now
  21. Baradji is like a new signing and has been touted before as right wing cover. O'Riordan will likely be recalled as the other 'like a new signing' If that happens, any money we've got left over should go on the best finisher we can afford
  22. The Halingden Haaland is like an 18 month old puppy. Suddenly in a physical body without the nouse to quite use it yet. Unfortunately we may have to bite the towel for 3 months whilst he gets up to speed, but once he does he's got the attitude and physicality to be a decent to good championship player
  23. Snagged an away ticket today and thoroughly enjoyed it. How Pears kept Toth out is beyond me. A very steady Eddie between the sticks. Abeliousu to me looks like he's starting to tire but still got a well worked assist. Hedges and De Neve are a solid like for like to have and I felt the early sub helped cohesion and stopped the annual 60 minute collapse I don't think the Leicester front 3 were used to 3 physical centre halves and our lads played their hand well Hickman and Tronstad both lumped it a few times when they didn't need to, both are feeling a solid 6 or 7 out of 10 this year but neither have had an 8 performance Henriksen is a walking booking but his physicality helps. A fairly forgettable performance besides (from my seat at least!) Glad for Gudjohnsen, good poachers performance. Ohashi worked hard too which is a shock to no one. As a note on the fans, the rovers fans were a solid performance despite limited numbers. The Leicester fans are bonkers. I get concourses get busy but a good 10% of the attendance was going for a pint at the 35th minute mark. I was behind enemy lines again today but they felt extremely toxic a fan base.
