I think part of the problem is the status of the club means that desirable names are fanciful at best. Steve Cooper would be great but can be discounted. I'd love Carsley but I think he's well beyond us. Rob Edwards would be fine. Karanka, O'Neil and the like are plain upsetting.

Kargbo gets a reprieve for being new and quick. Eustace: 1/10. His worst game that I can remember. Allowed our midfield to be overrun for 70 mins. Left Hedges on and made some truly mystifying subs. Dog shit from all involved, really.

This has been one of the most demoralising performances of the season. Such a shocking lack of quality running through the side, even from our supposedly more gifted players. Absolutely atrocious.
