Well neither is dirty cold glasgow either. At least we dont care whether people are catholic or prodestant. Get off your high horse, boy. Im sorry for defending my town, to some idiot of a swede who barely even has a football career. Muppet. And in the process talking @#/? about something you clearly know nothing about (as T4E pointed out). Take your moronic generalisations somewhere else. And why dont you take yourself off somewhere else, if you care so bloody much about those 2 bigot filled clubs. Your right in fact, there is no relegious problems in Glasgow, everbody loves each other and at rangers celtic games there are no such songs as 'soon there will be no prodestants at all' or 'up to pur knees in fenian blood', i take it all back i was making it up. This from a person who can't even spell Protestant.

[Archived] How Good Is Rooney?
Rovermatt replied to philipl's topic in Football Messageboard Archive
Since his exploits in the summer (selling out to the Sun, abandoning his boyhood team) Rooney has turned in to the quintessential United player. Aggressive, self-consumed and utterly without grace, his actions towards the Kop yesterday were typical of his transformation from prodigious youngster to snarling lunatic. -

No, unfortunately we don't. We won't go down though (I hope). -

1-0. A massive stride away from the dreaded drop zone. Another clean sheet is also extremely welcome. -

Duff. Irish chap. Superstar. We sold him a couple of years ago, and squandered the money instead of replacing him. We've been struggling ever since. Anyway...It's 1-0 to us. -

Shearer just got his 400th goal. What a legend. -
Wow, only true music fans have the entire Spinal, erm...Manowar catalogue. Anyway, I can't believe that Busted's demise hasn't been mentioned yet. Good riddance. One down, McFly to go...

My two penneth: Ferguson is a fantastic footballer. His intelligence, passing and ability on the ball is a major part of our game. In his role as captain he has become increasingly important to our cause, at time he stands head and shoulders above the rest of our underperforming players. I would be totally against his sale, especially at a cut price. If he were to return to the Gers it would only serve to stunt his career and, to a certain extent, his ability. With only two important fixtures left in the Ibrox calender, a move back up north away from the rigours of a proper league campaign, would be bizarre at best.

Speaking of manufactured boy bands, Busted are taking a break from music. Hopefully for at least 50 years. AESF will be gutted. I watched a bit of America or Busted on MTV yesterday. I feel quite sorry for them. They're vainly trying to struggle free of the 'boy bad' tag, yet their music and appearance is so hideously contrived. The show really highlights the fact that the music industry in the US can spot talentless nobodies when they're half-way across the pond.

2-1 Pompey I'm afraid. They're very solid at home and we just can't score enough goals. -

Brilliant start. MGP could be the answer to our goal-scoring problems you know... *runs for cover* My brother made it over for this one. The bugger. -

No, no, no. That's quite obviously Alan Shearer. He hasn't scored for us for years... -
Indeed they do and in your opinion and in my opinion they are crap. I think that Linkin Park are good and even though I'm not a huge Jay-Z fan, I think that this is great collaboration. On a different point, have you heard Ian Brown's album 'The Music Of The Spheres'? Top class. As for Radagast's comments, Manowar and Dream Evil are as big a joke to me as Linkin Park and Jay-Z are to you. But then, of course, you've never listened to either of them so your 'opinion' is completely invalid. And you know this how... ?

I just watched Football First and the defending for Dyer's goal was shocking. Lazy, clueless and totally nonsensical, that is the kind of thing that is costing us valuable points. -

We need to get a striker in January. Our rivals down the bottom will not always be so accomodating. -
We are quite obviously going to lose this. Everton are extremely tight at the back and our powder-puff attack should cause them little concern. They'll score too.

Palace away was the first Rovers match I ever went to ('94/95). We won 1-0 that day. We won't repeat the trick this time. Draw. -
