How many times was he offside last night in general? Very poor game from him. I think at this stage he's playing by default because he does have a knack of playing poor all game and scoring and there's little in the way of alternatives. -

He was back last night on the bench? Or did you mean back in the starting 11? -

And Millwall have 1 win in 5, incidentally against Saturdays opposition. They'll hardly lording it over us. -

This was a worse run of form going into the final 4 games of the season and look what happened..... I know, I know - but it's football, it not over until its literally over. -

Luton have a small squad, you'd expect them to rest a few at some point regardless in preparation for the play off games, pretty much every team does. Clutching at straws a bit though, I'm not sure our players can pick themselves up sadly after the heartbreak of tonight. It could have been a lot worse tonight and it'd still in our own hands, just a lot more unlikely than it could have been. Lots of outrage at the JDT subs but his hand was forced a little bit as a few players were shattered. Ultimately what DID cost us 3 points tonight was a goal that shouldn't have stood, that's not even up for debate. -

Glad Wharton starts, echo the views on Gallagher being lucky. Law of averages means he has so bloody score at some point though and he's pulled it out the bag in a few big games before. Bit baffled why Thomas seems out of favour, he had a really positive impact since coming in and our dodgy form of late suggests he's been missed, granted he couldn't play in all the games. -

Quite simple for me. We simply MUST score a goal within the first 20 mins or so, rather like we did against Sheff Utd. If we don't we'll no doubt just fade after a decent start, Coventry have plenty of goals in them and they won't mess about. Stand up and be counted boys, make yourselves heroes. -

It would sell out within 30 mins on Thursday should we get a result tomorrow, we know how much our fans like to pick and choose... -
The backing was there, this ain't on the nobheads in India. The ones in the UK let the manager down.
 -
They have a striker that we're crying out for Neil. I don't feel totally despondent though, yet. They'll have a good following and as soon as Gallagher is named as a starter our fans will slide into negativity. Enough is enough for me, I know comments off here are passed onto the club so PLEASE pass this one on - start Leonard.
 -
Never mind. Unfortunately I can't see Cov being as toothless as us or Hull. But this is football, you never know. Wharton, Thomas and Leonard should walk in the team for me, doubt they will though. JDT has a very laid back persona, which is good sometimes, but it's TOO laid back at times, poor lack of urgency for the subs last night. If we'd got O'brien in and a striker I think we'd go up, all if buts and maybes but we're in good shape for next season if they sort it out.

Suspect someone is looking at Tuesday or Wednesdays fixtures 🤣

Thought Boro were imploding according to a poster on here 🤔
 -
He has business interests including a clothing brand, Fugati. Its proper chav tackle, not sure how well its doing but he had a deal to do some stuff for Swansea. Some of their kit designs are quite smart, I wouldn't fancy this next season though....
 -
Unfortunately the more fans we have there, the more the players seem to shit themselves and underperform, Norwich a recent example! Stage fright or something I guess but it's happened a few times over the past couple of years.

Play-offs - Can we do it? (POLL)
Ossydave replied to TheRevAshton's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Boro imploding? Granted they lost to Huddersfield and that lot down the road (like most have), but I wouldn't go that far. They've easily got the most goals in them out of the play off hopefuls. 24 goals scored in their last 10 games, by comparison we've scored 13..... -
I disagree with the whole 'bought the league' argument fans wheel out, heard it ourselves many times about '95. Usually from the mouths or keyboards of fans of teams who funnily enough have never managed to win it themselves. Of course it gives you an advantage having cash to spend, but how many teams have pissed money away over the years with nothing to show? VK has been VERY fortunate in that he's been allowed to bring all his own players in, whilst also getting shut of some deadwood by default. I mean of their departures who has even been a success? Collins is usually a sub for Wolves. Cornet has barely played (not sure if he's been injured though). I forgot he even existed till I saw a video of him being chased by a dog the other day 😕 McNeil I've never ever understood the fuss on, Everton definitely had their pants pulled down there. Pope is a good un, don't think that was ever in doubt. Tarkowski and Mee I guess are doing OK. The rest don't deserve a mention and a few are without a club still I think? It just adds to the dingle argument about all the players they 'lost' so HAD to sign replacements. A few of their better players are also loans, not sure if there's scope to make them permanent though or they'll have big gaps to fill again.
 -
I'd be amazed if a premier league team goes for VK, yet anyway. Of course he's done a good job but he's done it with a significant wedge of cash and a chance to bring in his own players for the most part. Not saying they've bought the league as that's childish, he's had an advantage most managers would love though. Whether he can succeed next season remains to be seen.....City paggered them in the cup because he tried to play the same way, there's no doubt he'll need to adjust certain things.

Ossydave replied to TheRevAshton's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
I've gone for won't make the play offs sadly, of course you never know in football though, its why we love the game (and hate it at times). Christ imagine if we missed out on goal difference....... There's just too many huge games for me now, and although we have won a few like Sheff Utd at home, we've crumbled a few times as well. Lack of experience is often quoted as a reason, if we do miss out then we need to make sure these players use the experience towards next season and beyond. I think Luton will go up this season....... -

It's usually at 9am that the next phase of eligibility kicks in, although it has been known to open up early. -

Surely it'll sell out in the next few days with it going on open sale tomorrow? We got ours today to be on the safe side. Would be nice for some decent weather like we prior to Monday for a good slurp and a result to match 🍺 -
Would be utterly pointless for them to try and gather in Blackburn. Surrounding towns such as Accrington more likely.
 -
Where is the final played does anyone know?
 -
	It's 4, Brittain bagged too
