  1. Why dont Brisa members have a whip round to have the drummer shot.
  2. I dont condone violence but to put it simply the Bolton knobs found what they were looking for.....well done Riverside.
  3. Rovers were poor today, very frustrating against 10 men who were there for the taking that second half.If only we could afford that stiker from Porto!! Bit of argy bargy in the Riverside with a few either very brave or very stupid Bolton fans....first time I've seen trouble in the ground in a long while. 18,180 with about 1,300 from Notlob
  4. With todays 'local derby' only set to attract around 19,000 its going to be very close this bet of yours Gav!
  5. Spot on Jim! The fact is that we are the most successful 'town' football club in the UK,our history is one to be very proud of and the envy of some much bigger city clubs....it should be exploited and celebrated to the full at every opportunity.
  6. SURELY nothing to do with him playing for t' b'stards
  7. Utd certainly did dominate possession, they physically gave as much as they took last night. For me the difference in class was quite marked, the speed and trickery of Saha was a joy to watch and as for Ronaldo!....its the first time this season I have seen an opposition player simply waltz past 1,2, nay 3 of our players like they weren't there!! They kept Bellars shackled all night as as for Kuqi the less said the better Overall,Rovers did well on the night to hold out but they will be a hard nut to crack at OT.
  8. It's as if the sports editor (who supports Liverpool) is trying to wean locals off following Rovers and follow the big Manchester or Liverpool clubs. All his columns are geared towards Liverpool/Everton/United/City. Would we be talking about a certain Paul Plunkett Rev.....seems to have very little positive to say about Rovers? OH! for the good old days of the much missed Peter White **sigh**
  9. Here's one prediction that will come right....Ferhurst to make an absolute mint tonight!!!
  10. The piece was clearly written from a 'away fans' perspective Phil.......not always true, but first impressions last a long time unfortunately.
  11. What more is there to say, good article but rightfully damning on our so called 'support' at the moment.
  12. I must admit Bob I nearly chocked on my coffee in disbelief when I read that too.....if he does then it plays right into our hands. Is he losing his marbles?
  13. Fergusons arrogance
  14. Possibly less than 16,000 Rovers fans at Ewood for a cup semi-final?? What f**king right have the people of Blackburn to treat this huge game with such apathy and contempt after all the clubs hard work to date?,What must Hughes think? Christ all mighty!,it will be like a home game for the Mancs tomorrow.......I WISH WE WERE PLAYING ARSENAL ITS BL00DY P1SS POOR!!.
  15. ''Lee has posted a total ticket sale of circa 20k as at friday (including away fans!) on the official message board. '' FFS THATS AWFUL!!! I've just had an e-mail from the club advertising the cheap £20 seats in the cis stand..........doesn't point to good ticket sales does it?.
  16. Qoute from QPRnet com ''It was a goal that gave the scoreline a flattering look as they were certainly not three goals better than us.'' YEAH WHATEVER YOU SAY PAL!!
  17. Furguson is one arrogant b'stard...thought they'd walk it Common Rovers fans,be there,be vocal on Wednesday and lets heap more pressure on 'owd bluenose!!
  18. I dont like their supporters......tend to have a huge chip on their shoulders when it comes to Rovers, somehow tend to think they are a bigger and better club. 2-0 Rovers. Att: 20,400 P.S Rovers,Burnley,PNE,and Bolton.......guess which club has NEVER won a top flight title.
  19. Congrats to Sparky and his policy of playing his strongest side possible for these cup games......it will/is bearing fruit!! Apart from the first 10 minutes Rovers comfortably controlled the game and Bellamy's first goal was a gem......just a shame there wasn't many Rovers fans there to witness it.I agree with others that the boy Peter looks a great prospect. Excellent 3,000 following from QPR put our vocal support to shame yet again...I just hope all the stay aways are saving their coin for Wednesday
  20. 0-1 Utd. Att: 25,000
  21. Well done Sparky thats what the fans want to hear!!!
  22. Hughes will play his strongest side available as seen in the Carling cup matches.....he's no mug and realises these games become a big banana skin if you field a very understrength side. Rovers 2-0 Bellamy. Att: 12,000
  23. I'm with Duffs minder here, the childish goading of Souness is uncalled for,he did more good than bad during his tenure at Ewood. Souness will now know he made a big mistake leaving Ewood......the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Leave it at that folks eh.
  24. Record half season ticket sales!
  25. Big queues at the TO again today......right back to Rovers store as I speak. The 'feel good' factor is back folks and its so good to see!!
