Poor first half but a professonal performance second half by Rovers saw us comfortably home and dry....job done and sitting pretty in 7th place!! When fit, Bellamy is a massive player for us,what a shame his fantastic strike didn't go in off the post for a well deserved hat trick.Again I thought Tugay was good and the reception by the fans proved it.Peter is one hell of a prospect and in my opinion should feature regularly from now till seasons end. I feel for Stead, the lad looks lost, his reception by the Rovers fans was heart-warming though.The Mackem fans deserve more for their support. 18,200 with some 2,500? from Sunderland ........PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT US FOR GODS SAKE!!!!

I agree with you Blueboy,your not far off the mark.Lads at work who say they 'support' Rovers but come matchday cant seem to be bothered.Lets face it,Rovers fans have never been the most passionate of supporters, certainly not in the fervent mold of say your Geordies or Man city fans....its just they way it is I suppose. I also except there are other issues that dont help.

'Premierleague' Rovers say there is no demand to warrant these products Also I will reiterate the call for Rovers, together with help from the north west film archive and local historians to produce a lengthy 'official club history' on video or gasp!, shock!, horror! dvd. The excellent books available by Mike Jackman aside,for a club with such a rich tradition like Rovers to have no product like this is quite frankly rank amateur and p1ss poor!.

I commented to the lad who sits next to me that the crowd looked bigger than 25,000. But if the figures are correct then we had less than 18,000 home fans allowing for the 7,500 from Torquay!!

Surely!, SURELY! SURELY! the folk of Blackburn will come in increasing numbers to watch us now wont they? We had just under 18,000 home supporters there last night to witness that magnificent game and for what is traditionally the biggest fixture of the season. Its poor......Look at it from whatever angle you want, make excuses,patch it up any way you like but it MUST improve for the sake of the clubs future.
