  1. I find that article U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E!!!!! Having read it I'm more convinced than ever that the top football brass are becoming more and more detached from reality.Have the away fans paying less than home fans?,should go down a treat eh....yeah too right. How about lowering the prices across the board for ALL football supporters you set of FA puppet gobshytes and then, low and behold!, you will very possibly see the trend of falling attendances reversed THE SHEER GENIUS OF IT
  2. Spot on Paul, the need for Rovers fans to stand up and be heard about the reasons for low ticket sales will become increasingly apparent in the next week or so as the media hacks sharpen their knives. Dont let these p1llocks move the goalposts and focus the blame on our 'poor support' to save the FA's face.Like I say they've cocked it up big time and its come back to bite them on the arse because of their greedy ways. Errrrrrrrr hold on!......did I just say 'rovers fans standing up for themselves'
  3. I'd be completely indifferent if Lucas left for a good amount of coin,no more no less.
  4. Empty seats!?.....Wont be able to avoid it mate, ticket office has been dead all weekend. Once again I'll be surprised if we sell 15,000. Its all set to blow up in the greedy FA's face and quite rightly too.
  5. Ticket office deserted this morning.
  6. The 1912 semi-final programme realised £2,500 on E-bay auction.
  7. Sorry Capt but the fella is spot on here: ''In Newcastle, the club has received 31,000 tickets for their semi-final, and has had 33,000 applications from season ticket holders alone. That means that tickets will not go on general sale, and several hundred season ticket holders will also miss out. Of course, you can't compare the fan bases of Blackburn and Newcastle. But you can compare the attitude of some of the fans. Newcastle kick off at 2pm on Sunday, April 17, so that means a similar 5.30am start time, with a possible six-hour journey. But according to the press gang in Newcastle, you won't find a single Geordie unwilling to give up a few hours sleep to see their side take on Manchester United.'' ATTITUDE AND COMMITMENT.
  8. Mourinho is loving every minute of it..a real showman and no mistake! If I was earning his wages I wouldn't give a shyte what anybody else thought either.
  9. Have a good feeling you'll be buying a few beers Berkshire!!!
  10. Aren't we all paying the same over inflated prices though?
  11. As sure as night follows day you just knew it would only be a matter of time before 'the bitters' chirped up...if,if,if,if,!!!!
  12. Lee any official figure from your side yet pal? 3,500 7,000 12,000!!!!!
  13. Where you all sitting then?.......should be plenty of space to spread out North stand N2.
  14. Roverite, how have 7,000 season tickets holders managed to secure an extra 7,000 tickets for 'family and friends' when its supposed to be one ticket per season ticket book? Like you I agree that they should be sold to anyone who wants one but surely that scenario happens on 11th April anyway.
  15. 4,000 at a guess
  16. The only thing at the ticket office this morning is tumbleweed!......even the season ticket holders have seemingly become apathetic.
  17. I'll be surprised if there's more than 50,000 at the game to be honest and really doubt whether we will sell more than 20,000 ourselves.
  18. Worth In the hundreds at auction mate.
  19. Cup final programmes from around that time can go for £4-5,000 a time depending on condition,semi-final programmes that old are just as sought after. They are very rare as is this programme and they simply dont come up for sale very often.Serious Collectors will pay and they are certainly sensible investments.
  20. A VERY VALUABLE PROGRAMME I SHOULD THINK,WHAT PRICE THIS GEM? ..................... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...5177848552&rd=1
  21. Good pic of a packed Ewood taken by a Dingle in the Darren end........ PARADISE
  22. Looking at the leaflet we were given yesterday, the majority of tickets are priced between £45-55. NOT exactly 'family friendly' pricing is it!!!
