Ribeiro has done nothing to lose his job - so I wonder if this is just about getting Pickering a game, maybe with an eye on the English minutes we need to play to qualify for those ESC slots? -

Yes, but we're hardly scoring for fun. Put the big summer signing upfront at #9 where we're crying out for a contributor, already. -

You can't play Morishita as a WB. He's far too slow. There were a couple of instances in his debut where he was covering for Alebiosu and he got absolutely rinsed by the winger - just on pure pace. -

Scores 2 (yes I know it was 1) goal against France and can't crack the starting lineup. Odd. -
Lancashire Telegraph BANNED.

He had a back and forth with one of the ITK accounts that was deleted - around Travis wanting to leave. Wonder if it was that? I thought the post got deleted cos it got quite bitter between the two of them. -

I believe they sent him to see a specialist as he felt something in training and they want to get to the bottom of it. -

What? The pressure has been piled back on - that's 3 points we've lost. -

I believe if we can't come to an agreement on the date, the EFL decide for us - and we have three open midweek slots before Christmas. -
You haven't lived until you've listened to Stuart Pearce talk about playing between the lines. It's like listening to Wayne Rooney narrate Great Expectations.

We all know we're going to get dicked in the replay. -

It could have been the 91st minute of 93, they'd have demanded a full replay. They didn't use logic, they just fell back onto their old archaic rules. -

I won't be turning up for the replay - as a season ticket holder (boo hiss I know). -

The decision has already been made - it'll be a full replay. -
Then Batty won't make it I'm afraid. If he's sulking in the U21s rather than ripping up trees trying to impress (either us or his next employer) then he's done for.

I'm not having the player safety angle - Hirst tried to break Ribeiro's legs in the first half and there was only one team throwing themselves into sliding tackles and it wasn't the Rovers. I'm fine with the game being stopped because of the standing surface water - which again begs the question, why was the game started in the first place? -

Were you in the stadium today? There was standing water on the pitch in the warm up, it had rained for hours and the forecast was that it was only going to get worse. -

I'm genuinely flabbergasted that people think Ohashi should start games when you have other options on the bench. He works hard, but he just gets bullied each and every week - you saw in 10 minutes how much more Gudjohnsen added to the attack. As for the pen - soft, but they've been given against us a few times this year so I'm not going to shed a tear. -

The ref has had a mare today. Nothing new there. Made a rod for his own back allowing the game to start. -

If he was worried about player danger he'd have had a word with his own players - Hirst tried to break Ribeiro's legs (should have been a straight red) and they were sliding in for challenges all match. -

I reckon that game against PNE was worse conditions - granted we did a lot of damage to the pitch playing on in that weather. -

We don't spend millions on players, we're not going to spend millions on the odd abandoned match.
