I watched the highlights of their latest match. To say he looked disinterested is an understatement. Didn't pick his man up once. Has his head been turned?

I'm pleased for the lad, but it's mildly irritating that his chronic back injuries have cleared up as soon as he's left Ewood.

The Venkys have systematically destroyed a PL club. They're protesting because they're not cantering to another SPL title (and an absolute dicking in Europe). Apples and oranges. Entitled. Arrogant.

They've won 13 of the last 14 SPL titles. Sod off.

They've lost 10k+ off the gates and it hasn't made a blind bit of difference. Don't fall for their tricks and divide the fan base for them. We're all Rovers fans at the end of the day (and there's very few of us left). People have good reasons for still going - I've had a guilt trip from my parents after announcing I was done (once the boycott was announced). It's a social affair for most people.

You've got people on the Barnsley board saying he can probably be had for £1.5m, whereas other Barnsley fans think £4m, especially considering his age and the interest in him. Clearly we've not done our homework, again.

As always, playing silly buggers. Desperately need a CF with Gudjohnsen out for a month. You've apparently identified one (sat next to his agent at the recent Barnsley game - or so they tell us). Stop fannying about with lowball bids. Whoever we sign at CF needs to be in tomorrow.

He's spent an absolute fortune. Playoffs or he'll be looking over his shoulder I think.

Makes absolutely zero sense unless we don't rate him at all and San Diego have promised a pretty penny.

You'd basically get at least 20 minutes a match minimum if you signed as a RWB (obviously when you have 2 matches a week you probably flip that over so you get 70 minutes on the Tues / Weds). It's such a demanding role - you can see Alebiosu is often absolutely goosed towards the end of the match - that realistically 2 of your subs each match should be replacing the R/LWBs.

In this formation you need size and speed - ideally both. I wouldn't be signing any CF under 6'. They need to be able to run the channels, hold the ball up and put the ball in the back of the net. Unless this Reyes lad is Bellamy quick I don't see the point in the signing. We also desperately need a LWB - Hedges offers nothing going forward. What I'd give for Giles whipping balls into the box.

Good - the media needs to start paying attention and the heat needs to be turned up on these owners.

I'm not here to convince you otherwise - just stating my opinion that as older Academy prospects (think they're both 22) they've both been kept on ice as 'first reserve' should injuries happen and loaned out to a club / level where we can immediately recall them. I shouldn't think they were highly rated prospects, but who knows with this club anymore.

He played CM, DM and, bizarrely, RW for Yverdon Sport. Scored 4 goals last season, 8 the year before (at a lower level).

I think he's a bog standard Championship CM. A bit like Travis - a trier (only he's not built like a whippet like Lewis is, so doesn't quite cover the same amount of ground).

I think he'll score 5 or so when he finally gets up to speed.

Or they loaned Montgomery and Pratt out to Chorley because they could be recalled at a moment's notice - and obviously they wouldn't even have to move house.

Get him shifted Jan 1 then to Arsenal and use those funds in this transfer window.

I'm not sure we sacrificed anything as you'd still be reliant on Morishita, Cantwell and Hedges (and now Baradji) to score and create out wide. You'd also have Ohashi sat on the bench. We didn't have the wide men to play 4-2-3-1 in my opinion - nobody in our squad makes you sit up and take notice when they have the ball. Cantwell, for example, can drift past a player, but he's quickly caught up if he does and his shooting is woeful.

Whilst I agree we need 2 CFs (if we're going to persist with this system - and we should) and a starting LWB, I think your judgement of our players is incredibly harsh.

So say the club invested money in the pitch and we're sat on 31 points right now (level with Moneybags Birmingham and WBA, just behind PL failures Leicester), are we still saying it was a poor transfer window?
