We’ve been outstanding so far. We do seem to be sitting back a bit at the moment understandably but it does invite pressure.

7 in 68 doesn’t sound out of the ordinary so maybe it’s just our perception that we concede a lot of late goals. Yesterday’s was a sickener, watched the game with friends and once we took the lead I said we would concede in the 93rd minute. Wish I’d put a few quid on it.

No Al. It wasn’t a reasonable point. That’s why I took issue with it. Players have a responsibility. It’s not just down to what they do in the shirt.

Danny Graham should be sent out with the job of bullying Jedinek. Villa fans don’t rate him at the back and he’s their weak spot. He’s also been playing Tunzabe who hasn’t been comfortable at full back. We need to attack them from the off. Reckon it could be a 3-2 game.

What game you clown! You just made a clear statement that players should be judged on what they do in the shirt and NOTHING else. I’m providing a different viewpoint and making you look silly (again). So can I confirm that your viewpoint isn’t as stated above and that it’s not just about what the players do in the shirt that counts (as Adam Johnson is a very good player obviously). You like to throw your opinion out as fact and can’t handle it when someone proves you wrong. My viewpoint is that players should be judged on the whole package. Missing 3 lots of community service doesn’t send out a great message. I would like to think that Tony has had a word and reminded him that he is our talisman and looked up to by thousands.

I’d rather him be out having a few drinks the night before a game he wasn’t due to be involved in just before a 2 week international break then just before a big game. No problem with this at all.

I’m struggling to work out who they would wear that against. Like you said, a lot of blue in it so can’t be worn against teams in blue.

What Bennett lacks in technique he makes up for in effort and commitment. I had the Brentford commentary and they were saying he was like two players.

Rothwell is keen to run with the ball at his feet and could cause them problems. The only concern is that we could easily run out of steam here as we are working hard to close them down and press.

We’re doing ok. Working very hard and winning all of the 50 50 challenges. No real chances but working hard and not giving them any time on the ball.
