I remember us bucking the trend and moving to a new shirt every year but dropping the price of the shirt to £25. It was in the Lonsdale era I think.

So by ‘live’ you mean on tv and a highlights show??? (Apart from the couple of times we played them). Pretty sure you disregard the opinions of people who haven’t been at games but have said they’ve seen the highlights so guessing you’re happy for your comments to be disregarded in the same way.

The two over the line are surely the two we have signed.... that’s how I read it anyway.

Is it worth looking at Jon Flanagan as he’s been released. Lost his way a bit but he was a very good player previously. Could be one to flourish under Tony. (sorry just noticed he’s been mentioned on the last page)

They’ve beaten the two teams above us already this season which points to this being a tough game. Would take a point if offered now.

I think I'll grab my ticket when I get there on the night as I'm in South Wales during the day.

As I said on my post I went on the ticketing website Blueboy but it came up saying no tickets available. Good to know they will be available on the night though.

Anyone know the ticket situation for this one. Just went to buy some online and it's saying none available. Is it actually sold out or is it just too close to the game to buy online?

They're at the Castlefield Bowl on Saturday. I'm heading up to it. Plenty of tickets kicking around on the New Order Facebook page at face value

Thanks for that Bob, I had absolutely no idea. I'm looking forward to it. I know I'll upset a few now as I also have tickets for Hooky and the Light next September. Seen them about 4 or 5 times now and despite what you may think about Hooky, they certainly put on a good live show.

I'm there on Saturday night as well. Looking forward to it.

There's a reason that we played the first test in cardiff, it suited us far more than them. To get a 1-0 lead will help with confidence but the Aussies will come back strong. Going to be lots of twists and turns before the end of the 5th test that's for sure.
