I would imagine that the ref would have seen the various replays of it on sky and MOTD by now. I would imagine he'd be finding it hard to justify to the FA how he deemed it acceptable so a simple 'I didn't see it' will probably get him out of a sticky spot.
-
The Balotelli incident will surely be picked up by the FA. He didn't get booked for it so they can take post match action. Wouldn't be FA all suprised if his ban gets upgraded from 1 game to 4 games.

Not great reading for the Hendry family. He does seem to have left quite a paper trail through emails and texts so it's tricky for him to deny

A girl from my secondary school is in that Paul, according to IMDB she plays the Nanny. Her and Ellie Goulding were probably at the same school at the same time, although some years apart. Not bad for a school of 250 pupils.

Thought Limitless was average at best. Also couldn't believe the hype around Drive which again I thought was average. Enjoyed 50/50 and Warrior. both worth a watch although they are 2 very different films.

So here I am. Im Ricky from a small town in Herefordshire, been involved in the site since the grooby days in the late 90's during my time at uni. Been a mod since sometime around 1999 but not 100% sure when, it was towards the end of groobytime. Like glenn I'm a late convert, around 93 was when I got into football and started following rovers. Home games are a 340 mile round trip for me but I still try to get to as many games as I can. Also done a fair few European aways including Salzburg, Leverkusen, Larissa, Vilnius, as well as Pre season in Dublin. Had a season ticket for the last 2 seasons, i say it's my season ticket but a friend from down this way buys it, I give her a lift to the home games I an make and she buys my season ticket. Works out well for both of us. I'm married and have a daughter who is 2 1/2, if she had been born a boy her middle name was going to be jack, I had tried to get the wife to let me have the championship winning squad as all of the middle names but it wasn't allowed. Always enjoy meeting people off the board, first people I met were lee grooby, closely followed by Gav, Debs, Giddygoat, and tris. That was about 10 years ago. Been fortunate to be able to make a lot of very good friends through this MB.

Be happy with o'neil as it could push kean nearer the exit door

The worrying thing is that I'd actually take O'Leary over Kean... that's how bad things are!!!!
-
Yep, when you come off the roundabout instead of turning right to go down the hill to ewood turn left and head to Darwen. Never been out there but had some good curries there and then walked back to the travelodge.
-
Darwen is good for the travelodge as well.

Good link for you biking fellas. http://www.cycle-clothes.co.uk/mens-8-panel-cycling-shorts-with-professional-moulded-pad--black-with-piping-s They've had a fire next door so loads of clothes being sold off cheap, fill yer boots!! I've picked up quite a bit of stuff, free delivery as well.

I do indeed Paul. It's part of Offas Dyke and the views are absolutely stunning from up there. Really impressive. I'll have to take some pics next time

I think a lot of the issues are down to halfords Paul. I've seen some awful set ups come out of halfords. You can't beat the spec of the boardman for the price. Also now running a 20 speed gearing system. Looks like it the future in mtb.

Managed to get up onto the top of hergest ridge (any mike oldfield fans will know of it) a few times this year, just trying to increase the distance each time. Currently riding a Carrera Fury. Bought it as it was the best reviewed mtb on bike radar within my budget. Really liking the look of the 2011 boardman pro though. Just wish my employer offered the halfords scheme as I could get it for just over £500 instead of £1000 then.

Has any other player had such a rapid fall from grace? Not long ago he was one of europe's best forwards. -

FHM had a small feature about a girl who is die to be the next big thing in pop. She's in America recording with Mark Ronson at the moment and has had a single produced by Frankmusic. Nothing too unusual except that she used to live opposite me in a small village in Herefordshire. Look out for the name Ellie Goulding. I posted this backin September and would like to congratulate ellie on her number 1 album and brit award. -

I can see Abbey's point to a certain degree. Sam hasn't done well in all of this. He's basicaly been in the press saying Benni's for sale and Benni's not performing well enough, and Benni's not fit. Think Sam could have kept some of it in house and then maybe Benni wouldnt have felt the need to do the same thing and get his message out there in the press. -

unfortunately more than half of those goals came in just 2 games. I still think we should be playing Benni, he scores goals and we're not scoring enough. Give him a run in a 4-4-2 and lets see what happens. -

To be fair I'm amazed Noel has stuck with him for this long. Never been a Liam fan really, prefer the songs that Noel sings as well. Cast no shadow and masterplan to name two. -
I'm with you on this one Rev. Don't like him but feel that under the right terms he could be a shrewd signing. He's the right age and has ability, there's no doubt about that. The only doubts for me are over his temperament.
-
In the same match Alan Smith had a much much worse lunge but failed to make contact, this obviously hasn't been mentioned at all!!!! I don't like Barton one bit but I can imagine us going for him, just think he's the type of player we'd look at. He'll be cheap or free and with something to prove. It could be the shrewdest signing ever or could be a disaster.

I've had no joy at all with Cheltenham this year... absolutely shocking bets!! Just to finish it off I've backed a horse who's won me quite a bit in the past but is not a favourite for the Gold Cup. My moneys gone on Exotic Dancer. -
Managed to manipulate a little error in Play.coms system this week. Added Far Cry 2 for the PS3 to my shopping cart and then added teh xbox 360 version, it knocked £10 off the PS3 price. This meant I got the Xbox version for £17.99 and the PS3 version for £7.99. Just have to see if the games any good now. Going to trade in the Xbox version as the good lady wants Buzz for us to play over Xmas.
