I’d snap your hands off at 5m. Much like I’d have sold him in summer. We aren’t threatening the top of the table and aren’t at risk at the bottom. If we sell him, at worst we are questioning why we haven’t seen the Brereton money reinvested. If we keep him, we’re accepting we have no money to replace him.

We were the better side for 70 minutes tonight, that’s what makes it hard to take. This team (and manager) are capable of winning a major tournament.

You can buy it direct from Macron. But as far as I’m concerned it’s the basics and they can’t get it right. I feel really sorry for fans with little money who will spend precious pounds going to the club shop to find out unless you’re an XS or XXL there’s no kits in stock. In any other business if you run out of product at Christmas you are sacked. It’s a key trading time which year on year is either ignored or disregarded by the management of this club.
