Brentford sell one or 2 of their best players every season. Egan was sold to Sheffield United. How can Smith manage a bigish club if he isn't given the chance to do so. Brentford are a club I expect to be top 6 this season. They have a director of football/head coach strutuce there and Smith does very well in that role of head coach. Yesterday game prove that Rovers are attracting walk on's fans but people are choosing their games due to family and work circumstances plus other factors like being paid that week or so before the game does help.
