What rumours? I havent see or hear on them. Can you explain more and what these rumours came from?

Like I said on Saturday I couldn't complain if Mowbray was sack. I explained my views on Forest and QPR games and how we played. and who I think our key players. I deffo wouldn't say Mowbray is lacking passion, drive or heart. I did suggest a number of possible targets. I have admit I don't know who I would appoint if Mowbray was to go.

You would hope Barnsley have an idea who they want before sacking Stendal. It would be interesting who they appoint. They seem to have a plan of buying young players and developing players. I am not aware that Barnsley have sporting director/director of football Stability at clubs can be having the right structure at clubs like if you look Brentford as an example. They have Philip Giles there are Director of football with head coach under him. Dean Smith did a good job there. Now Frank is there. I would like to see Sporting Director/head coach structure in place at Rovers after Mowbray leaves. It would allow the head coach to focus on tactics, coaching the players, matchdays without having to focus on scouting or transfer matters. Sporting director works in buying players, scouting system and structure and contracts. Sporting Director and head coach works together to choose the right players they want, for example lets say if head coach want a pacey winger its the Sporting Director job to find 3 or 4 players to fit that role and the Head coach and Sporting Director work together to choose their 1st target

I would very much accept I am minority. They probably few peope who could but chose not attend or cant due to other reasons like work or family. I would like Rovers to offer season tickets for under 16's for a pound. Got to get kids interested at early age. Or if you attend a game, then the next one you attend during the same season you get 20% off(something like that). Isnt the current arragement with you can pay it over 8 or 10 months at the minute?

Firstly, why didnt you answer this point? on Manager wages, you clearly don't remember the conversation me, you and Pete on twitter a few weeks/month ago about wages and how much we pay tho. Do you not remember?  Look at what I said about the Forest game and 1st and 2nd half so I dont have to keep repeating myself to you.. I explained this yesterday why I was annoyed at the performance and said I couldnt complained if Mowbray was sack. Surely this would answer your question

well I'm sorry but if you thought we were shite against Forest you must have been watching a different game to me and to the people I spoke to about the game. I would say our final ball in the first half wasn't good enough but second half we got better. Look at our goal against Forest was that Stodgy, slow, lethargic? The vast majority of games this season we have played a 4-2-3-1- formation. We switch to 3 at the back against Millwall. so I cant see the argument there. Stuart Webber the Norwich Sporting Director has done a great job with Norwich and Huddersfield through recruitment that has in able the head coach to get them promoted. Venkys has employed it a couple of times but not give it time. Simon Hunt with Kean and Senior with Coyle and Mowbray

well I have show you after every game the stats are showing we are playing more and more short passes and less Long Ball. I find our style of play is effective to a certain point then our final pass or cross isn't good enough. Look at the goals yesterday when we provide quality we score or won a penalty. Look at Forest game and our goal. Or quality of passing was good until that final pass/cross. I don't find it horrible to watch as I like to watch possession based football. My main worry is the lack of chances for the number 9 striker Every manager change the team from game to game. 1 or 2 changes is standard in Modern football. Forest and Preston did think regular but still manage to pick up results. I'm not even sure I could name our strongest team atm. I watched it on a link. I was annoyed on the defending for each goal and our quality in the final third as I said in the match thread last night. We pushed for someone a bit more ambitious? but we don't pay big wages on manager. I cant see Hughton or Bowyer being interested for the reasons I stated before. Like I said before I'm unsure who I would go for. But I would like to see a football structure in place there as I posted before

surely that is where you need a sporting director in place with loads of European experience like Stuart Webber or Phil Giles or Mike Rigg I think Johnson would be a good choice But he needs the right structure around him. I would like to see Sporting Director appoint and Johnson needs a good number 2 with him League is wide open this season. No outstanding teams and that include Leeds who even 3 defeats already./

I would say the majority of Rovers fans in the stadium are behind Mowbray and very few would get on his back. what's weak opposition PhilipL? This is the championship football where anyone can beat anyone.
