  1. Making cheap for under16 should be priority and Rovers did. They should stick with that price. Its was great when they did. Getting them into Rovers early age is exactly what we needed. They are the future of the club. on your other prices, I would make it cheaper for the over 65's and 16-23 groups, whilst we broadly agree on other areas for adults.
  2. Cos I loved Driving O2G and if I was going to the Millwall away, I would stay over at family relative who lives just outside London for 2 days and drive back on Sunday
  3. His comments and action back that up.
  4. The M6 can be nightmare at times granted.
  5. Not a journey I am making sadly, but I always prefer to drive to games. much more reliable then public transport
  6. Why would increase prices for the under 16 category when you seen an increase from previous season?
  7. Bennett was proud to be here Mike.
  8. We don't have managers any more, we have head coaches whilst we have sporting director running the football departments whilst head coaches are just in charge of first team affairs. Managers have gone from the game and that old style role has gone from Football. Like I said, Sporting Director and owners will pick the head coach that fit what they want. Russell Martin was picked by Southampton cos they wanted to play that style. Would he have been my choice? no he wouldn't. But he delivered what they wanted which was promotion. This season, Martin will not adapt his footballing philosophy to get better results.
  9. rather drive to games then trust rail travel which isn't reliable or affordable
  10. why not on them on sale from March/April onwards?
  11. no wonder people won't used them
  12. Cos they will employ an head coach who fits the ethos of the club and what they want. If you are club who wants to bring through young players and develop them then you would appoint someone with history of this. If you want to play a certain playing style then you appoint someone who fits your objective. Of course he didn't the sack for me. He got the job done and get the promote just like when we appointed Eustace and he kept us up. job done
  13. You would play as left wing back or left winger getting balls into the box for strikers, but you need strikers who suit that Maybe the problem is the way they were playing under their former head coach and maybe the strikers that suit that style
  14. If you pay a loan fee I believe that player can't be recall. Van Nistelrooy has said he isn't looking at Recalling him.
  15. Yes, I would like to spend some money on a couple of players. You seen plenty of football RF99 like myself but I dont see standout striker in the EFL who you think sign him and we get playoffs. Its was similar point Mark Atkins and Glen Little was making on Radio Lancs post match on Saturday Gueye has got better last 2 goals so let's hope for more improvement from him
  16. Mowbray wanted to turn him into Mahrez. Stupid there. Mowbray should have thought we need a striker aswell as Giles.
  17. I thought Harris was doing a good job there and shouldn't have been sacked there
  18. Can't agree. He is passionate about football, confident in his ability, etc.. We have to agree to disagree here No surprised but its the Southampton owner and Director of Football who wanted to play this style and chased Russell Martin for weeks. Former Danish national team coach Kasper Hjulmand is the bookies favourite. Question is, is the change of head coach too late to keep them up and would they be better focusing on appointing a head coach for next season in the Championship and getting promotion from it. they got the recruitment badly wrong in the summer. signed too many players not enough quality Very weird sacking their head coach Des Buckingham after doing a great job getting them up
  19. I would make 2 changes Brittain for JRC and Cantwell for Ohashi.
  20. No thanks. I just think it's what we need in terms of pace wide left and he isn't a number 9 striker. It's been reported that Wilder at Sheffield United wants to sign on loan in January. I wonder if Leicester City would be willing to end Tom Cannon loan at Stoke and he joined us. A team fighting for playoffs not a team in lower end of the table. Long shot
  21. Yes true, but given that if we can sign the striker winger with pace and centre back then we can achieve top 6 by end of the season. Do you agree it going to be hard to find a quality striker signing that will improve us taking into account our likely budget aswell as number of other Championship teams will be looking for one? Maybe we should take a gamble on a striker from Europe or striker in form in League 1 or take a risk on young Striker from PL team?
  22. no chance. Ange is class
  23. Perfect time for Spurs to play. Anyone for 5 nil?
  24. Amad Diallo was the best player on the pitch by a mile. Pep needs to revamp this team
  25. Nope, I turned on Mowbray when we lost 2 nil to Barnsley away during the Covid shut out season when no fans were allowed inside stadium. I also slammed Mowbray for switching tactics early enough from 3-4-3 with false 9 to 4-2-3-1 in the last few weeks of the season which would have get us top 6 and playoff place plus his misused of Ryan Giles when he signed him on loan
