We need Brittain at right back now.. JRC has had 2 good games but for me it's time Brittain replaced him there. Beck is more attacking but can stay back and allow us to play what suits the team more. Any team would leak goals when you are missing your best 2 defenders and defensive midfielder. Yes we get it, he don't rate him and he is knobhead cos of his attitude. He is doing his best with what he got available. On Rogers, he moved to Boro 18 months ago then 12 months ago joined Villa. So City should have seen his potential. Perro would be first choice right back at City. Another one who shouldn't have been allow to leave. Palmer pushed for a move cos he wasn't player. He should have been playing more.

Buckley has a poor attitude? what that based on? JRC doesn't provide the width we seen Brittain do from the right and we need that if ACD or Dolan or Weimann playing from the right. Given we got 4 games within a space of time, we need to manage ACD time given he has just come back from injuries. Playing Weimann from the left will repeat the same problem as Millwall away which is the lack of width on the left side. I would play Hedges from there. Gives you the width and I would pick Brittain at Right back allowing to us move into 3-4-2-1 formation when we have the ball and back in defensive shape of 4-2-3-1 formation. We play much better when we do this

Sarr and Bissouma didn't offered good enough protection to the back 4 yesterday but lets give Liverpool some credit for their football and goals they scored. Spurs need to get Archie Gray in front of the back 4 with Bentancur as 2 defensive midfield and I think they would be much better. I think you make an interesting point about whether Pep does regrets signing a new contract, but this is his biggest challenge of his managerial career but I also think its a challenge for the club cos in the summer and even in January they need to be making signings. Losing Rodri was a massive lost but I think Pep's team selection can been question now. Great game between Spurs vs Liverpool. Both teams very good going forward. Great for a neutral watcher and I have enjoyed it. United woes ain't going anywhere but I think Almorin is good appointment for them. Southampton better defensively but offered no threat going forward. Their new head coach has got a tough job on.
