Great win and fantastic performance from the players and Eustace. Eustace got his tactics and team selection spot and we played on the front foot from the first minute. we scored 2 excellent goals and the movement attacking wise was a joy to watch. Second half we sat back more and remain solid and compact. No risk taking from us. ACD was excellent as was Travis(Captain performance), Ohashi and Beck. That was Gueye's best performance in a Rovers shirt. in the second half, I never felt we would concede with Luton attacking performance. before the season started I tipped them for the league title and how wrong I was. They were awful. Talking to Luton Fan post match was saying its been disappointed season and the fan based on split on whether they should sack Edwards which he says would cost alot of money to do so I thought the fans were excellent today and the atmosphere from minute 1 was good. Great to see so many fans stay behind after the game and clapped the players, Also there is a bond between Fans and Eustace who was clapped and shouts of Eustace from the BBE fans very good night to be Rovers fan and I will enjoyed my Indian takeaway greatly Eustace's Blue and White Army 🔵⚪ -
I agree there. I just think he did a very good job at Bournemouth in his first year and at Wolves did a good job of stabilise them and keeping up

Interesting team news -
No the complete opposite, I think Club Shop should be open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, match day at Weekend 10am to 6pm then non match day Saturday 10am to 2pm. I used to go in on Monday once a month. Now can't. I can understand their reasons whilst disagreeing with them and given the shop has a couple of staff in there for online orders and ticket sales, you might aswell open it for their shop opening hours
-
Not always but in alot of cases. I guess in some ways we are its a fair point. I just think he has earned more time there
-
Rovers's online orders won't be massive like hundreds of online orders daily but around new shirts/clothing out on sale, black Friday sale, and Christmas time otherwise I would be shocked if it more than 10 a day in online orders otherwise outside those events above. I'm agreeing the Shop shouldn't be closed on Monday at all

So Gary O'Neil has kept Bournemouth and Wolves in his first 2 seasons as a head coach in his managerial career isn't one then? Why not back him again to do same and understand that losing your best 2 players was always going to negative affect on the team and league position.. So if you were Wolves owner, would you sack him? Who would you replace him with?
-
Thanks, I know how many games have been played. Stick with him and back in January with 4 quality signings. What's a proper manager BTW?
-
When you sell your captain and best defender then you sell your best attacking player you expect a drop off in league position. It's a decent squad there but their start was tough.
-
He did a very good job in keeping Bournemouth up after taking over from Parker sacking and he keep them up I would keep O'Neil if I was Wolves and allow him some time and patience after they lost their best 2 players I probably did at some point. I can't remember to be honest but Utd and him should have parted ways after the FA cup final. Given Utd were publicly meeting other managers when he was still employed show how much faith they had in them. .

Agreed. I supported lower ST prices then lower match prices but also more club events like fun day for children over Christmas. I know that Rovers have hosted Comic con a couple of times in the last 2 years or Comedy nights which are good events and bring revenue in. Hosting Q and A with players or former players in Blues Bar or in corporate areas. I would imagine that had alot to renting the building and everything to do that. Stupid plan unless you were moving to a new site where its going to enhance the training ground and be bigger site. Their plan wasn't. The plan never made sense and also where in the Blackburn with Darwen area or Ribble Valley can you moved to new improved site cos you can't. Sticking to our sites at Brockhall is the best for the club and the future The online order for tickets is simple and quick for people who are technology savvy people but what about others who just want to go and get a ticket has normal as before like older people. So having someone in the club shop would be useful for this reason. I would say the atmosphere is decent enough at the minute but winning and performing well will always help this. Games over Christmas and The Burnley game look good in terms of attending games. I would have like to see the Riverside stand be re-developed for 4,000 seats and have disabled facilities for We are using one/two staff members dealing with online orders/tickets maximum. I suspect online orders from the club shop go to maximum 50 a day with around three/four hours work. Barcode logistics delivery the Rovers online sales order. Maybe higher orders at Christmas time.
-
I agree with JH here and Rovers should be making effort especially over the Christmas period with kids off and parents having time off aswell You probably using one/two staff members dealing with online orders/tickets maximum. I suspect online orders go to maximum 50 a day with around three/four hours work. Barcode logistics delivery the Rovers online sales order.

Just go to show how pathetic these qualifying groups are now for major European countries. More boring games. -
January Transfer window

I expect him to go in January -
The recruitment department over the last 2 and half years has been massive turnover of staff, hoping with this Chief scout appointment will see some stability in that role for a couple of seasons. I'm expecting a couple of loans and low cost signing. Nothing more. Not expensive signings or multi million pounds signings.
-
Ayari should have played more. Both good squad players. A good striker signing is going to hard enough. Plus wide player and centre back. I.dont think we need more than that tbh One guy has left and will be replaced. Our recruitment isn't based on one guy but a group of scouts plus Gestede and Owen. We will recruit a Cheif Scout shortly
-
Cos they will say cost outlay and footfall doesn't wanted the club shop being open or Blues Bar during the day cos its losing the club money not a profit. Over Christmas Rovers from the 20th December should be opening Blues Bar attracting families out for meals or family event. Santa events and meal for Children, etc
-
We did last winter in Ayari and Chrisene
-
Exactly. Would like to see a wide player and centre back in early. Batth and Hyam are playing well and solid but we can't too much. One injury and we have to change formation to accommodate McFadzean
-
Could do with 2 early signings in the window. We need to rotate Travis and Tronstad at some point during Christmas/January period with Baker and Buckley.
