  1. Eustace has already mentioned family yesterday in his pre match which will be the main reason he leaving plus he will probably have more say than ever in transfers which he won't mentioned if he does leave It's all depends who we go for if we replace him. As for summer, it's all depends but it's clearly we need in the summer squad wise already We see. We seem to have plan in place according to Nicko's BlueSky posts. What they are, I dont know, but I'm interested in what they are.
  2. Ok. Nothing to be honest to you. I will continue to support the players and whoever is the head coach via my ST and going to as many away games as possible. Plus I will continue to buy Rovers merchandise each year. Not much to be honest.. The owners are Indian based and somewhere no-one can touch them or affect them. I will continue to be a member of the Rovers trust and voiced my opinion that way.
  3. You will get alot of people wanting the job. You taking over a club in 6th place and win enough games you get into playoffs. It's an attractive job on paper.. People will look at this squad and think you get enough quality there. I dont expect an appointment for short term. Expect the next one to get 2 and half years contract. All this depends whether Eustace goes which looks in the balance currently in my opinion
  4. What stand are you going to take then? Given you live in Australia/New Zealand
  5. Yed we thought a year ago and we beat Stoke
  6. Nicko on his BlueSky account suggesting we have a plan in place when/if Eustace goes to Derby. Could we appoint Eustace's replacement the same day like we did with Eustace.
  7. My team is Pears Sanderson Batth Hyam Brittain Travis Buckley Beck Dennis Gueye Kargbo Subs:- Toth JRC Riberio Forshaw Cantwell Hedges Dolan Woodrow Weimann
  8. We did when JDT left and Eustace took over same day No way is Carsley leaving his England under 21's job. He doesnt want to be manager Correct
  9. Cantwell, Pears, Wharton, Toth, Carter, JRC, Pickering, Ohashi, Gueye, Kargbo, Buckley and Leonard
  10. How about trying to keep Eustace and offer him a new contract and re-sign Travis, Tronstad, Brittain and Hyam to new long term contracts. Then in the spend some money and bring in some quality new signings on long term deals. FFS. I'm interested what these plans are and did Rovers suspect Eustace would leave before end of the season. Also who's plans are they? Gestede? Owen? Or Suhail/Waggott?
  11. Well you were very quick to having a go for suggest possible any names by myself even before I even reply to another poster.. Maybe next time you will be careful about having a go at people when they havent reply. Who knows. You are very quick to write our players again.
  12. 2 games and far from impress to be honest. We need a solid Goalkeeper in the summer and sadly we didn't get one for me. De Lange should have been the one we signed and given we wouldn't pay a couple extra thousands of pounds to sign him. Other than that, they were plenty of good solid keepers out there.
  13. we see what happens in the next couple of days. no I am not but I like Eustace alot, he done an excellent job and someone who you can see the connection between him, the players and the fans. I have no idea who I would want to replace Eustace if he goes. I have no idea tbh. Do you have any names or possible shortlist who you would want to replace him with if he does go? all depends who is appoint sadly I don't have crystal ball to predict these things.
  14. what did the Park, Gestede and others see in Toth before signing him? how much did we buy him for?
  15. no shortlist from me. I wanted Eustace to stay and get a new contract. I backed this guy and said he was right appointment from day one whilst yourself had doubts. I was right Mercer the owners, Waggott and Pasha Wasn't the money that we were going to Buy McGuire with before Eustace joined I feel so much anger towards yourself and the comments on Eustace. I said months ago that Eustace should get a new 3 year contract and you still don't think we should. I just don't get that. embarrassing post from yourself. Eustace has done a brilliant job and got us into the playoff place which was expected by most. no shortlist from myself as I wanted Eustace to stay and get a new contract and take us to the PL. Don't you?
  16. lets hope so Gav. having Fin Smith at Fly half made a huge difference for me. Plus Tom Curry and Alex Mitchell
  17. A good decent performance from us. We have a clear goal ruled offside from Hyam and the day could have been very different result. We created some good chances and didn't take them. Karbgo looked a good threat from the left and looks like he can impact the game straight away. Dennis did well but ffs get in the box more. Toth was awful until the 10 mins of the game. Failing to see why we signed him. ACD was awful aswell. But you got the sense around the fans where I was sat in the Jack Walker upper wing that there is alot of disappointment about Eustace possible going and the way he response to the fans chanting his name at full time as he walked around the pitch at full time. Chatted with a couple of fans around it and what we should do next.
  18. Time for Rovers owners, Waggott and Suhail to give Eustace the assurances he wants and the backing he wants. He has taken us from the relegation candidates to playoff contenders.
  19. Cleary not cos nothing has been announce or even an approach yet by Derby no idea, asked your contact Ridiculous is that. We should have offered him a new contract asap and should have offered it 6 months ago. I can very easily see his impact on the squad, the club and the fans.
  20. I don't think he will go to Derby and will stay with us till end of the season, after that who knows. Going to Derby would be very strange move and not a forward move but a backwards move. on the WBA link, that is pocket change for them tbh and I would suggest West Brom who were close to appointing Billy McKinlay Everton set to appoint 55-year-old in new West Brom manager contention, before he joined Moyes at Everton. They were never serious about appointing Eustace.
  21. Not a like for like Replacement for Latth or also factoring they sold Jones to Luton for £5/6m who Whittaker is replacing. Well at least Woodrow and Dennis can't complain about being tired can they We were linked with BTA and Bamford who you didn't want. Dennis could be that player and we can ONLY judged the end of the season, I'm sure if we don't make the playoffs you were be at the front of the queue telling us all how you were right and I was wrong. That's 15 goals a season which I say is good at this level
  22. But Norwich didn't and their head coach said they were poor yesterday woah, lets get party start for him and Boro 😂 we see in the summer. not a striker or direct replacement for Jones who they sold to Luton for £5/6m
