  1. Does Szmodics sounded like he is going to kick off? does his performances in the last 2 games show this? Not for me, He will disappointed but I think it could work in our favour
  2. Let's hope so is he pissed off? not the impress I got from watching his interview with Andy Bayes. He wants signings but he putting pressure on Waggott, Gestede and Park to bring players in. yet he is still here, despite Ipswich wasting our time with unacceptable bids. They know the price we want, so just pay it and fcuk off
  3. The reason I have picked Ohashi ahead of Gueye is I want his pressing the defenders and I feel he can cause problems for the back line passing the ball Rovers 2-0
  4. @callumroversthanks for sharing your info. Ipswich needs players given their injuries there. I think they have taking the piss tbh.
  5. Leeds getting beat and its they deserved to be. Boro much better team. Leeds wide open at the back
  6. Agree here. Eustace looks like a quiet person but I don't think he is. He clearly set high standards and demands the best from everyone whether its staff members or players Shows the benefits of a proper pre season and time on the training ground for Eustace and staff to get their ideas over to the players but also how he has made small changes like Keith Downing doing the back 4 warm ups. Last season it was Damien Johnson doing it even when Eustace was on. Eustace does need to work on the set pieces and make our defending much better. Its work in progress under Eustace but we are going in the right direction.
  7. I can't see Moyes taking that job. He is PL manager. Crawley manager Scott Lindsey is the odds on favourite for the PNE job with sky bet
  8. Its time we sell Markanday personally. Will never be good enough to be regular starter here. I did think he would suit JDT's style of play and how he wanted his wide players to play. But what he needs is proper first time football and playing regular to develop his game. Might come back a different player.
  9. my team Pears Brittain Carter Hyam Pickering Travis Tronstad Weimann Szmodics Dolan Ohashi Press Norwich high and we will force mistakes from their backline
  10. I reckon Gueye will get 10 goals plus. His movement is class and his hold up play good
  11. Gueye scores!!1 Good header, good movement from him
  12. with Szmodics playing, Think its safe to say, no deal is close.
  13. 3 nil. Very good professional performance so far. Great to see
  14. my team would be Pears Brittain Carter Batth Pickering Buckley Travis Weimann Yuki Sigurdsson Gueye Subs :- Hilton, Hyam, Duru, Tronstad, Markanday, Dolan, Vale, Szmodics, Hedges
  15. Hope that fax machine isn't burned out? 🤣
  16. Like I have already Abbey, I worked with several PNE fans, all are STH and were there on Friday night. They weren't happy about Lowe still be there and wanted a change of head coach/manager last season, his tactics, his lack of plan B, etc. Also add to that this summer lack of transfer and investment of the squad, then add Friday night poor performance
  17. is Neil that popular with the fan base? really? Heckingbottom would want investment and funds which I can't see them doing. If it was my choice, I would go for Michael Skubala from Lincoln or Scott Lindsey from Crawley. Both played 3 at the back which is what their squad is set up for. No wingers at the club so you can't play 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 formation. It has to be back 3 formation
  18. explain why please? Also why would Rowett be pretty underwhelmed? If given the choice and it was your decision to appoint the next PNE manager/head coach who would you pick?
  19. Neil won't go back there and not sure Ridsdale would take him back. Rowett for me. Ridsdale is the Guy who is DoF there aswell as running the club. Must do. Maybe a left centre back who can left back
