and you can but football is changing and I not bothered about kick off times personally, Yes I fully understand that some people like their football at 3pm on Saturday but I also accept and understand that Football clubs wanted move money TV rights so it was needed more TV games to achieve this goal for EFL and their clubs. I wasn't bothered about the amount of games moved in JDT first season. The Burnley game was always being moved for TV reasons. there is 6 games at 3pm kick off of Saturday out of 10 home games before the Third round of FA cup. 4 been moved for TV purposes. Plus Home Boxing day game at 3pm.

Not at all, FFP is still around and the owners problem over the last 12 months, we had to sell Wharton to cover that season loses. Not great and not any of us wanted but we were always going to have £20m from sales to over the £60m debt over 3 seasons. Owners can only put in roughly £40m over those 3 seasons. Plus you have also take into account that the owners might not to cover all the loses all the time and the club has to cover some by selling a player or 2. FFP isn't an excuse its a fact which you completely don't understand or wanted to ignore it. Other clubs have had to sell players like Hull to cover themselves FFP wise or Boro aswell over the summer or the last 12 months. I ain't a fan of FFP but that's the rules so you by themselves. Your

No we haven't. We asked about Rushworth a couple of weeks ago Yes I agree we want a long term number 1. PSV's Keeper Drommel would be loan according to Alan, which I think isn't ideal to be honest. We need a perm keeper signing. Eustace wants a new keeper we all know this confirmed by him and Waggott at Fans Forum. The free agent keepers cos of maybe low budget we had, lack of transfer movement outgoing wise. We seen some now. I feel someone like De Lange is the right fit in terms playing at good level of football, Being a number 1 for the last 2 season, experience and good age. You will have a range of different lists and targets depending on fee, wages and how much you rated that.

My team would be Pears Brittain Carter Hyam Pickering Travis Tronstad JRC Dolan Hedges Geuye -
fully understand that point but we aren't in the room and with the knowledge what we got to spend on De Lange. In ideal world we will get this De Lange deal this week/early next week. Yes not ideal granted, but then on the other hand we have been playing hard ball with Szmodics. Personally, lets just get both deals done and we can move on and bring this De Lange in, then a wide player as Szmodics player plus CM and LB. Also you just can't a new keeper into the team without him knowing the players and try to some understand of the team, tactics and his role. yes it would be great to sign him a couple of weeks ago

Its very good that you got Suhail to commit to attending your meetings with Rovers and I think you have got a coup there to be honest. on the Communication with the fan base, its been a problem for years now, the lack of communication from the club whether its ownership problem in India, or CEO Waggott communication to the fan base over this issue or the backroom changes this summer. I did say that Waggott should have done end of season interview like Blackpool CEO and PNE CEO did with Radio Lancs. Nothing from Rovers. As you said in other post, Waggott will do an interview with Andy Bayes, Rovers TV and Elliott Jackson before the window closes. Totally agree. Its been done to death and we have get rid of the DoF, Club Secretary and the recruitment staff, then appoint a new Head of Football operations, new head of recruitment, Head of Football administration and new Technical Director. Lastly, Please can carry the good work yourself and Mike Graham are doing. Its a moving in positive direction at the minute

very surprised he has agreed to it. Good luck in the interview -
I love watching football and especially EFL and PL football, what's wrong with that Abbey?

I totally understand what you are saying but we aren't in the chair doing the negotiations, Then on the other side we are playing hardball with Ipswich over the fee and terms of the fee for Szmodics. Why don't Ipswich just agree to the 500k just like you want to commit to the extra 450k for De Lange. The Szmodics money would allow us to bring in De Lange and Dembele(Who Nicko is saying Eustace wants him at Rovers). Then the rest will be loans for me. Ok thanks. Its Monday night now so any fee agreement will be tomorrow, then booked a flight and medical so its Thursday at the earliest before this deal get done. Eustace ain't picking him for Derby game
-
of course it relevant how transfer fees are paid to us. The Wharton and Raya money is spent for me to cover the season debt of £20m. So that gone In my opinion. Where is this info from we only spent £1m for Gueye and nominal fee for Yuki Ohashi? even if De Lange signs this week, Eustace ain't going to start him against Derby. Its 3 days of training until Game day. Of Course we want to get it done and get him in as soon as possible.
-
The Raya money is being paid in instalments when Brentford receive the money from Arsenal in instalments we get our money. Haven't we spend what we receive for Gallagher and Wahlstedt on Yuki and Gueye signings? Szmodics deal is close to agreement and it appears there is disagreement over 500k according to Nicko comments

Fully understand that point and my mate who is die hard Blackpool Fan said he won't be going to Crawley on Saturday cos of kick off time and travel there and back. He will be watching at home. He is already annoyed by the Blackpool season ticket price and lack of signings this summer

I think Dolan suited that pressing 10 role tbh and we need to secure his future here long term. I would be offering him 15k a week on 4 year contract. I agree. Szmodics must be close to be being done. He wasn't at training given comments on here. De Lange will get done this week. then just need us needing another 3/4 signings to get done. Mercer has said its not him.

I will be there supporting Rovers on Friday evening where the only thing that matters is winning and getting off to a good start. I believe the trust have done the right thing by meeting with Suhail on Friday and asking him questions. I understand that the meeting was very last minute and that they have to tell their board first and then publish the minutes to members when time allows. I fully understand that board members have other things to do over a weekend given that people have commitments outside of being a board member. I look forward to seeing the minutes and what was said and what I want to asked the We Are The Rovers board members. Look at the We Are The Rovers website. We Are THE Rovers (roverstrust.com)

Every EFL game is available to watch on Sky this weekend. It will be very interesting weekend to see what teams starts well.
