We need a commercial driven CEO who can get better commercial and sponsorship deals for us plus improve the overall supporters based and get more ST sold He and the stadium manager should doing a walk around all 3 sites on a weekly basis. I look at JDT comments about why Travis left Rovers. Travis wasn't playing the role he wanted for us and wanted out. Your financial point doesn't stack when we brought in Fleck and Ayari in January.

I wouldn't change head coach and allow him the summer to shape and change this squad to what he wants, how he wants whether its counter attacking team or defensive direct team or possession based team but every signing need to fit the tactics and formations we wanted to play here next season.

nothing to celebrate staying up cos it is very poor season and very underwhelming looking at what I thought we could achieve this season. It has not been good enough. The squad need rebuilding and we need players that's suit how Eustace both formation and tactical aswell. A keeper, centre back, back up right back, pacy winger and goal scoring striker probably looking at the run of defeats in January and in the previous 8 league games before his appointment we got 2 points from 8 games including 6 defeats and 2 draws against the bottom 2. You and others know exactly why Travis left Rovers cos he was unhappy about not playing the position he wanted too and Tronstad has been excellent in there and been our second best player all season, so would Travis had got a look in if JDT was here? probably not. Also let not forget he wanted out last summer aswell. Of course the footballing reasons add up cos JDT wouldn't play him in the 6 role Also factor in that we brought in Ayari and Fleck in January so did we actually save any money? not in my opinion
