First its not the middle of the school holidays as they don't normal start to 3rd week in July. yes we have plenty of parents who work at my company and and they will look at taking time off during the summer holidays with their kids but not everyone wants the the first school holiday week off but look to spend it over in the August when the Holiday season will be full low on the 2 weeks notice depends on your bosses and whether others have booked it off.
