  1. Well who would you appoint at Norwich and Blackpool since you would make changes at both? I would go for Scott Parker for Norwich job. Blackpool I would for Dean Holden or Leam Richardson
  2. can you say more about the situation please?
  3. Well it hasn't been announced but all the English media is reporting that he will stay on as England manager which I am thrilled and delighted about
  4. Well we have to see how results go now. If he did go it would be interesting who they would go for. Sacking a manager who has the team 5th in the league is just plain crazy. It would be interesting to see who Norwich fans would want? I would imagine Swansea's head coach Russell Martin would be top of that list
  5. I think your first point is actually view of him. So I agree with you.
  6. its a risk worth taking in this case given how important he is to this team
  7. I give you 3 names for a centre midfield signing if people want one. Gustavo Hamer from Coventry. 18 months left on is contract there. Adam Forshaw from Leeds. 31 years old. Experience midfield. Maybe a loan deal. Han-Noah Massengo from Bristol City. 21 years old and out of contract this summer
  8. Why is promotion unlikely? I would say yes BBD is worth more than 8.4 mil. Why minimum? It all depends when that was filmed. Maybe you are right on that. I don't know is the simple answer
  9. Fans have got plenty of notice when fixtures are moved for TV coverage so the disruption is minimal to be fair. Sky and people want to teams at the top fighting for promotion. Football fixtures have been disruption for years now (over 20 years now). It hasn't just changed now. The key difference for us is we are near the top of the league.
  10. The injuries he has got has been disappointed but I will stand by that comment he is one of the best right back in this league. He is someone have highly rated for over 12 months. I was surprised more clubs wasn't interested in for him. I am and was delighted we signed him. maybe slightly behind Van Hecke but he is very good signing, lead the back 4 and captain material. He is warrior and we need that
  11. I think Blackpool was shocked by Neil Critchley resignation. Blackpool have brought in Chris Badlan as the new Sporting Director and Stuart Benthom as Chief Scout from Coventry in the last week in November. Its will be interesting to see if they back Appleton in January Well its appears from what Sky commentators were saying that Norwich owners and Sporting Director are fully behind Smith and looking to back him in January.
  12. It shows how well and managed they were by Daniel Farke before Dean Smith was appointment. I think they would be best suited to keeping with Smith and back him in January with some signings
  13. This England team under Stokes just get better and better. The way he managed Rehan Ahmed on his debut and make him feel of the team was superb management and I'm pleased we picked him on his talent and not gone the other way saying he is too young for test cricket. If you good enough then you are old enough. That Googly ball for his second wicket was excellent to dismissed Ashraf.
  14. I stand by my comment that Callum Brittain is one of the best right backs in this league. I wanted him last season as I felt he would be upgrade on Nyambe and get us more attacking intent from there. I think Morton has talent and one of best performer this season. He has very good this season and I think he is upgraded on Lenihan for sure. We have to agree on disagree on this
  15. How do you cap it? Sky will want to show games at the top of the league. Rovers are near the top so they will want to show us. Monday night isn't ideal and a Friday night or Sunday dinner time would be better
  16. We had no idea whether someone would bid an acceptable offer for BBD which Rovers would sell him. So Rovers planned who they would replace him with. At least Rovers have plans or options who we wanted. I would say that what Ben Brereton Diaz bring to the team is worth far more than the 3 offers we had the summer or any January bid. I would keep him in January as he is major part of this team and we need him if we have any chance of promotion this season.
  17. We got the reaction we wanted after the last disappointed performance
  18. Hyam has been very good signing and he is real leader for the defence.
  19. Very impressive performance today and we got a response after last week very disappointing performance. Solid at the back and defending as a team. We played narrower and no risks/playing out from the back and played it longer. All the back 4 were very good tonight. Hyam won everything tonight. Captain performance there. maybe Travis need to learn from that now. Buckley and Morton press the ball, tackle and played some simple and tidy passes. a couple of unnecessary risks by Morton but still good overall. Look a threat going forward tonight. Rovers pressed higher and closing down quickly then previous game. Also made some tactical fouls and shown they can do the ugly side of the game. Hyam and Buckley outstanding. JRC and Pickering played good aswell. Gallagher is very important to this team cos what he brings to this team. Dolan and Dack played well and pressed the ball at the right times tonight Also special praise to every Rovers fan who went to Carrow Road tonight. Surprised by Norwich fans reaction to Dean Smith and them being 5th in the league JDT's Blue and White Army!
  20. on yellow card. Might be feeling the injury he had during the Marbella trip. Hedges coming on Gallagher now
  21. Ayala and Dack off for Wharton and Szmodics on
  22. Very good performance so far and very different from the last 2 games. Pressing high, players closing down quickly, playing longer balls which helps when Gallagher is playing. The back is playing more narrower and closer together. Playing it out from the back less and Kaminski kicking it longer. Take less risk approach Buckley has been good in midfield with closing down and pressing more. Morton also been good. Also like Dolan and Dack pressing from the front. Please keep this up Rovers. JDT's Blue and White Army.
