  1. We are only 5 loans in the match day squad. We can replace these players with similar quality players but for we need a new manager who can get them more consistence from them, fresh ideas and is tactical awareness. Someone like Gareth Ainsworth would be ideal for me, John Park running the recruitment side and finding these quality players on low fees, frees and loans
  2. Sevilla are reporting interested in Brereton and from what was reported in the summer that Kaminski had interested in from European clubs
  3. very surprised by the team. Delighted Butterworth has got a chance. Reckon we get a point from this game. glad to see you back to normal form by keep mentioning even tho this isn't the problem this season. We have scored goals all season. Its more about conceded goals and clean sheets
  4. I have never said that the players are the villains of the piece and In fact its a job to them and they have only have small career so they want to earn the most they can and achieved as much as they can Give our new summer signings until the start of January then judge then. This summer budget was must small and tight then next year budget could be or should be. Rothwell is looking like he joining Rangers on pre contract. Yes I do think we get good/decent replacements for Lenihan and Nyambe if they want to leave and not sign new contracts. Sell them in January for fees and use that money for new signings. I also expect Brereton and Kaminski will leave this coming summer aswell. Expect Brereton will move to PL or Spanish club for 15 to 20 million and around 3 or 4 million for Kaminski. So we will be able to spend some of that money aswell. FFP is there and we must be compliance with them. Very far fetched is that sort of statement well firstly, its not obsession but reality of the footballing world and clubs have to meet their FFP requirements. You can want to keep ignoring it and thats its gets nowhere. Well firstly you comments that we are under extreme FFP restrictions is a person blowing something out of the water. Given its was minimal wages on those players and its was 4 weeks its hardly much iis it
  5. Rangers close on Rothwell https://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/1100360421?-11198:839
  6. What trap would that be? Realising that's wage bill has to be realistic and sustainable. Well you can replace these players with new players on similar and similar fees we received
  7. That sort of wage bill is completely and utterly unstainable compare to our turnover. Do you not agree? No idea who is interested in any of those 3 players. I've seen an article that links Rangers, Bournemouth and couple of PL teams with Rothwell. With him in prime as footballer and club captain not at all.
  8. Well so far it hasn't cost us points cos the players have step up and delivered. It's the defence that worries me more than can't keep clean sheets and we get deeper and deeper as a defensive unit
  9. Here is list of out of contract for players in 2022. Maybe some have sign new contracts recently but most haven't. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/championship/endendevertraege/wettbewerb/GB2 Maybe it's not all about money with these players. Who knows Wage bill does come into FFP and club accounts. Look at screenshot I've posted yesterday. Wages to Turnover was at 189% in 2019/20 season. https://www.brfcs.com/forums/topic/35108-v-qpr-a-tue-19th-oct/?do=findComment&comment=2252023
  10. No idea Well we didn't. We wanted Lowe from Swansea if you remember
  11. Close to going over the 39 million pounds. Armstrong money help us not break it. Next season we will be able to spend cos we lose the first championship season spending around 9 to 10 million we spent
  12. Wasn't it Farke at Norwich since Gilmour is there as on loan
  13. Look at the club's accounts for the last 3 years on companies House website. You can lose 39 million pounds over 3 seasons. Some cost can be deducted like academy Cost. I agree there.
  14. well he started the game and scored a goal and assist in the Rothwell. Yes he was shattered second half and was replace. Who would you brought Butterworth on for and would you not bought on Brereton?
  15. I have not selected Pickering from the start cos he has just come back from illness so I selected Edun. On Khadra, Mowbray has said he is back in training and won't make the trip. Poveda hasn't performed so far which I'm surprised cos I was expected good things from him.
  16. Mowbray on the contract situation from today's pre match conference Every word Tony Mowbray said on Blackburn Rovers contract situation regarding key players - LancsLive
  17. The 3 at the backs wasn't the reasons we conceded their 2 goals. I have explained my thoughts on thoughts why conceded 2 goals than our Top Scorer? really? Bring on Butterworth for Dolan instead of Poveda was the way to go. Brereton for Gallagher But was fit enough to start the game and scored a goal and assist in Rothwell's goal which you ignore there.
  18. my team based on the team news from Mowbray Kaminski Nyambe Lenihan Ayala Edun Buckley Travis Rothwell Gallagher Dolan Brereton Subs:- Pears, Van Hecke, Pickering, Clarkson, Poveda, Johnson, Butterworth
  19. Are you going to be attending? Rovers have lowered the price so now its time for fans to do they part and attend this game support the club and players.
  20. The 3 at the back wasn't the reasons we conceded 2 goals tho. Diaz looked far from tired when he came on and full of energy even he was only back 15 hours before hand. But him being there and coming on lifted the team and the fans. Gallagher was clear fit enough to start plus he got a goal and assist not bad for someone who is unfit. Burns has been very impressive at under 23's but lets see he gets on playing competitive football for a month.
  21. Rovers have put the Sheffield United at home on the 6th November and its less than 15 pounds for adult for the game. Hopefully we get on five or six thousands fans on for the game given the price and its on Saturday. Hopefully people will attend and support the club even if you don't like the manager or Waggott. The Club is bigger than them and I would asked them to put aside, and come and support club in this game. Supporters urged to attend Ewood Park after Blackburn Rovers announce Sheffield United tickets - LancsLive
  22. Correct is that. They are available online
  23. Chris Sutton on Mowbray and the job he has done here Former Blackburn Rovers hero issues verdict on Tony Mowbray's tenure following Coventry City draw - LancsLive "I think Blackburn's best chance of promotion is getting in the play-offs this season," Sutton stated on the 606 call-in. "I know there have been dissenters regarding Tony Mowbray within the fanbase. "He's been there a long time and some fans have been questioning the job that he's been doing. "I have to say, on the whole, I think he's done a pretty extraordinary job.
