  1. I think Jake Garrett had a better game and that late tackle in the second half of the game was good but he stood up for him and that's impress me. I still feel we need 2 centre midfielders and that allow Buckley to play the 10 role if Dack is injured or out of form. Plus a winger, striker, right back and centre back
  2. Here are some photos I took https://twitter.com/BRFCfan4life/status/1545859920968433667?s=20&t=U7TxAr7oDqrefX0Dw8LQlA
  3. My missus got one of those.
  4. He says that the club is working very hard to bring in players he wants. Have you watched the link to the BBC Lancashire interview where JDT discusses Transfers? I think JDT meant the Director of Football/head coach structure within Football in England. Plus the new work permit rules within the UK. You can still sign players from Europe, etc but not everyone will qualify for the Work Permit You don't really think JDT is going to leak publicly that sort of information do you?
  5. Very enjoyable day out and so pleased to be back watching live football. First game was dull and not much action apart from Gallagher's header, Brereton offside goal and another Brereton chance. Otherwise nothing of noted to report. Magloire was very awful and @J*Bis correct how bad he was and his positional was so badly I thought Ayala was going to burst a blood vessel telling him where and what he should be doing. I thought Markanday, Brown and Buckley were good. The second game was much better, more pressing and more intensity about the performance. More action and 2 goals. Jack Vale was the stand out player today. His goal, assist, movement, link up play very good to see. He deffo has a spot in the first team squad for me. Jake Garrett was very good and put some good tackles in and neat and tidy in possession. Adam Wharton, Phillips and Carter did well also. Both games we set up 3-4-3 but I have since found out that was down to personal so I hope we play 4-2-3-1. Good to see all players got 60 mins in them. On wards and up wards under JDT. Not really but I guess it was about getting 60 mins in them and we seem more pressing and intensity in the second game Both decent but need a loan or another season in the under 23's
  6. We see after the summer transfer window ends. I think we will I have said I want Ayala to leave. My Nyambe comment is based on my opinion and I've never been a big fan of him.
  7. Thanks Root, Brook, Bairstow and Willey all missing for them. We are missing Salt, Livingstone, Buttler and Parkinson
  8. Thats a very good signing if you sign him. Wanted him at Rovers before he went to Belgium
  9. I don't rate Nyambe that much. I think he is average right back. I wouldn't offered him more than 10k a week in wages. If he wants to go Boro has back up player to Jones for right wing back slot then so be it.
  10. Why is it mistake? I would imagine that him performing in 2 friendlies like he has then JDT wants to have a closer look at him. Sam Burns reminds of Paul Dickov and he is pest on the pitch
  11. Lancashire have been brilliant. Croft was excellent. Bailey, Lamb and Wood bowled very well
  12. I mention Charlie Goode a few weeks ago. He is decent player. which Barnsley lad? Callum Styles or Callum Brittain? I would imagine that Rovers are focusing towards that market but I do wonder if they have scrap John Park recruitment plan and Gregg Broughton and this new head of recruitment will come up with a new recruitment plan.
  13. I think around 6 to 10 million depending on the fee Brereton is sold and whether Nottingham Forest have a sell on clause Wasn't Karl Newton head hunt by Gregg Broughton?
  14. Really? Possible 1 million pounds. Out of contract in 12 months. He would deffo be one I would here
  15. I have read your post so please stop this nonsense. I think we only need 2 centre midfielder signings and then use Garrett who I think is ready for first team action here. Plus we have Travis and Buckley aswell which would give us 5 centre midfielders I would look to sign 2 players between 22 to 26. Players who will develop and play in the prime here or develop so well we sell them for a profit. A player could be involved in our first game just like Kaminski was when he signed 3 weeks before the season started and had to quarantine due to Covid rules and he played in the first game. Plus it would depends whether he is match fit if you sign a player who has been playing regular in the league or pre season games. No I would not be concerned or frustrated as the transfer market is what it is. Yes we have lost several players who played a major part in the season but they are all replaceable with similar or better quality. All come back to having a good recruitment department and knowing who you want and going for them. On the work permit rules are there and your recruitment department will know them so will only suggested players who met them. There is a website that can tell whether a player meets the rules so Rovers will use a similar system Its the same wage budget as last season. I wouldn't say its strict at all.
  16. or for competition for places. Forest need a squad in PL
  17. you not attend the game? If you want the game Streaming, I would suggest you ask their Owner Andy Holt who will reply? He replied to me before and engages with people
