I don't think Dyche has evolve the style of play like Hughes did here during his tenure. I know you have improve and invest in the academy structure. I do wonder how much involved Mike Rigg has recruitment and scouting there. He played a big part in scouting under Mark Hughes I agree that you need signings this month and in the summer but I do wonder what the owners and Dyche will do now and in the summer if Dyche is there.
