If we could sign Jamal Lowe permanent deal would be a very good deal. He scored goals and has pace. I wonder if we have moved on from Obafemi deal now with us moving for Lowe. Can you explain why you don't want him? This is where we need a proper recruitment plan for this window and I don't think we had it in all honestly. For an example if we did bring in Charles from Stanley for 750k then it would be gamble but imo just as much as gamble as Obafemi. It must be a permanent striker. Its clear that Mowbray had some money to spent. Like I said I wouldn't bothered with the Khadra signing or the Hedges bid, and put that money on signing a main number 9 striker as we ONLY have one in Sam Gallagher.

It looks like a very busy day today for Rovers in terms of signings and players leaving on loan. You can blame the head of recruitment if you want but given we after Harvey left and we still have interim Head of recruitment in Glyn Chamberlain but the man who is responsible is Mowbray and he makes the decision the who we sign at the end of day.
