  1. Stoke's season ticket offer is very good and attractive. Hoping Rovers do something very similar..adult season ticket for 250 pounds for all areas apart from the upper Jack Walker stand. with free admission to under 23's and 18's games. On shirts, all down to the design of Home and Away shirt and training kit.
  2. The Kean's situation is completely different one in my opinion for different reasons. I think Mowbray would have resign if fans turn on him. That's my opinion. If we playing badly and losing yes I will voice my opinions. Are you going?
  3. Of course spend big money like the money they spend on Mattias Pereira. Plus I trust the source of info.
  4. Kean left cos of Shebby Singh and got a pay off for leaving our club. What do you want to do? Stuart, if you want protest and boycott merchandise then get on with it but you havent done any kind of survey of fans to see if they is ever any kind of appetite for either of those options? So why not? Also after this pandemic that has seen Rovers fans lock out of watching our club. Getting back into Ewood next season inside the stadium to voice our opinions at the Manager. Why should I told my step-daughter that she can't have a Rovers shirt or any club merchandise? Stuart, we are stuck with Mowbray cos fans haven't been allowed into a stadium for 13 months otherwise I think he might have been gone by now.
  5. How do you know it was all agreed prior to his injury? Cos just after the Wigan game it was revealed by someone on here that he was set to join WBA in that January window 2020. So how was a new contract agree? His new deal was announced on 23rd December 2020
  6. I still want Mowbray out and that hasn't change. So no god knows why you think I've gone cold on it. @PeteJD13can verify that for you if want Stuart? If Results are bad next season then Mowbray will feel the pressure from the supporters inside the stadiums. To get the media companies like Twitter, Instagram, etc to remove abusive and racist comments quicker than they are. Plus banned people and get them to do people ID checks for people to verify their account Like I said if you was to abstain from Merchandise then do it Stuart. But if people want to buy club merchandise for themselves or their children then it's their choice and then should be allow without any negative comments. They already be done Stuart in the past and it change nothing with Venkys. People have held talks with Venkys and offer to help them. All been rejected. You have done protest after protest or walk out during games but did it change anything. If you want protest Stuart then do it. What are waiting for? But how many supporters want to protest right now?
  7. No surprise Sky are doing the Sheffield game but Derby again. Blimey
  8. Who wants to Protest? Did you have any kind of numbers? And what the point of the protest? On Boycotting Merchandise? Surely that's only affect the club financially and no impact on Waggott or Mowbray? Surely supporting the club is more important than anything?
  9. I will be buying club merchandise next season and probably this summer when I go and buy my season ticket with my stepdaughter. Should I not buy her a club shirt she wants? We haven't be at Ewood Park for over 13 months. Stuart, If you want to renew or buy season ticket or protest before games or boycott buying club merchandise then do it but stop lecturing and telling people what to think or buy Anyone buying a shirt or season ticket or club merchandise is supporting their club they support. The club is bigger and more important that Mowbray or Waggott.
  10. Of course it matters about the quality of the signings unless you want to go down. What U-turn? I have said that I want a change of manager. So what more do you want? If you want protest or Boycott buying club merchandise or not buy a season ticket then crack on and get on with it Mowbray is suggesting that Armstrong might sign a new contract Cos I want by some that Tyler Magloire contract is up. it appears that his contract is till 2022.
  11. Maglorie and Chapman are leaving this season. Both out of contract Wharton will be injured next season and is Ayala ever going to be fit. I suggest we need 2 midfielders to compete with those 4. If you playing 4-4-2 then Rothwell wouldnt be in midfield 2. Will Nyambe, JRC or Rothwell even be here or sold this summer cos they wont sign contract extensions? Or lose them for nothing in 12 months time Brereton isnt a striker. Suits wide role in front 3..
  12. there is no Rovers next manager market anywhere
  13. Yes fans are unhappy with Mowbray as manager or Waggott as CEO of the club. But how many of them want to make a protest like you want to? Have you talk or conduct a survey of the wider fan base to see if any people want to protest? Didn't plenty of the supporters base stick to together over the redevelopments at STC at Brockhall to defeat those plans? If you don't want to merchandise from Rovers Stuart then don't but I'm not going to any fans what to do. Each have the own choice. I haven't bought a Rovers shirt this season but thats cos I haven't been to any games and we been on lockdown most of the season. Will I buy a shirt or merchandise next season, more than likely. Probably buy a Rovers Shirt depending on the style and whether I like them. My Step Daughter will probably want some Rovers merchandise when we return, so are suggesting I say no to her?
  14. I would say the positions I named are were we need playing in. Deffo need a centre back, right back, midfield, wide and up front even more so if Armstrong leaves
  15. Well not all 1st choice players but for the squad yes. But getting rid of some of the deadwood is needed like Bennett, Bell, Johnson and Evans is a must for me as I said to Tomphil thats if Mowbray wants to play this possession based game then he needs to sign players that fit the style and stick by it. Its not the way I would play.
  16. Fair enough. Who would be your choice by interest?
  17. do I really have any control how the club is run? Oh well. We have no idea how much season tickets will be or whether fans will go next season. Who knows. I rather watch and support my team inside a stadium than watch a stream or tv screen.
  18. I don't see Ainsworth going to PNE myself. On Neil replacing Mowbray, Should be interview along with people like Wilder, Hughes, Rowett, Ainsworth and few other names if we have vacancy. Still hoping that your info along with @Paul Mani and @oldjamfan1is correct and Mowbray is gone in the summer
  19. From what @J*Bposted a couple of weeks ago that Pasha has worked for Venkys for a while and he is Balaji's right hand man who runs his investments for him which Rovers are one. I don't know him he actually has certain agents connections. When Mowbray was appointed here we had Paul Senior who told me via email that Mowbray was his first choice to replace Coyle. I agree that Mowbray has been given 3 years to build a squad good enough for promotion and back by the owners financially so I don't know how he has managed to convince Pasha and Balaji to continue as manager next season. But if Mowbray is here next season the pressure will be on him from game 1 from fans cos people want promotion and plenty of supporters wanted a change of manager If Mowbray wants to play this possession based game then actually sign players with the attributes to play that style and how you wants. Not sign Ayala, Gallagher or Johnson for example don't fit this style. I think we are better trying to play a counter attacking style or abit more of direct style relying on wingers to put good crossing in for 2 strikers for next season
  20. Yes I think know what your issues are. I never thought you were trying to make me guilty at all. I don't feel let down tho. after the past 12 months I want to get back to kind of normality and getting back to supporting Rovers inside Ewood Park is one of those things
  21. Nixon and Sharpe have both same that Mowbray is staying and working on signings. Nixon has said that Mowbray is working on transfers with Pasha so I guess the budget has been agreed which is a first for Venkys if true. Now if thats the case and true then its suggest he is staying for next season. Now is that I want or what I would have done? Of course not, as I want a change of manager and tactical approach to achieve promotion. How we will perform next season? Time to judge that is after seeing who we sign and who leaves plus other teams. Its will be interesting to see who Mowbray or whoever is charge signs and how we replace Armstrong. We have spoken before about who I would sign this summer but I aint the manager tho. Think we agree that Holtby, Johnson, Evans, Bennett, Downing and Bell should be release this season. Can we agree on that? Can we agree that we should invoke 12 months club extensions on Nyambe, Rankin-Costello and Rothwell? Can we agree that we need a 1 right back signing, 1 centre back signing, 1 left back signing, 2 centre midfielder, 2 wide players and 1 striker(and another If Armstrong goes) as summer signings this summer? Also can we agree that we need to get some of these signings(4 or 5) done before pre seasons starts?
  22. Can't see Ainsworth taking the Preston North End head coach job. Don't forget they don't want manager who is in charge of signings but a head coach who will have a say on transfers but final decision who they sign with be the head of recruitment and Peter Ridsdale from what I have read. Can't see Ainsworth working under that situation
