For me he went to play the ball and his eyes was on the ball. He meant no danger to the player. Like Evan's injury last season. On Dack, lets see how he come through this week before decide whether he starts or come off the bench. Let's manage him properly and not rush him too quickly Did the ball go out? Yes or no? -

He is Rovers fan who produced a massive scouting reports on potential Rovers signings in the summer. I posted the link on here at the time. Asked him on twitter -
Boro are seventh in the league but in the last 2 home games have lost them both on Sky. Karanka out matched Warnock last week and Rovers grind out the victory today. Warnock has did well to turn them around but they will be well short of top 6.

Look at the scouting report from Andy Watson scouting report. Very detailed report on him. I think Lucimo's point was I watched Rovers TV games and listen to other Rovers on the Radio then watched a stream of them. -

Of course I am delighted with my team winning. Why wouldn't any Rovers fan not be happy with a win? I like watching the Simpsons and thats why I have that as my icon. I am very calm Mercer and enjoying watching Only Fools and Horses. Don't need a takeaway and I don't drink alcohol any more. I believe they were similar incident in the Manchester United Liverpool game judging by Alan Nixon comments. Not much made of it. At the end of the day the Ref didn't give it and questions need to be ask why he didn't give it. He clearly didn't think it was foul or dangerous play. -

Well it was penalty. not sure it was red card considering the player didnt mean to injury the player. He was watching the ball all the way plus Fry did slight duck down to head the ball. Dack will influence games wherever he plays cos he is quality player but more important is managing his game time whilst he properly recovers from his injury and regain full fitness instead of rushing him back and potentially risking another injury. -

Lenihan looked very solid today. We defend as a team not just as back 4. I still watch the full match replay on Rovers player the day after the game so I seen the full games, Harry Pickering is someone I mention we should sign last summer before Douglas signed or another player I mention in Ryan Manning that we missed out on. Also Rovers chat Andy Watson did a detailed scouting on Pickering and other potential transfers targets. -

Delighted with the win and the fact we have grind it out at times. We looked miles better after we scored. Like the confidence came back to the players after scoring 1st. Our goal was beautiful piece of play and the best of the match. Happy all front 3 were involved. Armstrong should have made it 2 nil with his 2 chances Thought Warnock behaviour was a disgrace towards Branthwaite considering how much Warnock has got and he knows that our player never meant any harm to Fry and he went for the ball. Thought Branthwaite gave it back towards him. Good on him. Warnock should have knew better. Dack's cameo was good. Thought Kaminski was excellent and what a bargain we got for him. Lenihan and Branthwaite were very good aswell. Lenihan deserved his MOTM award from Sky. Proper Captain performance. Davenport did well today. Hopefully he starts next week. Hopefully we can kick on now and get 3 points against Luton. another usually rant from yourself. Same Mercer just different day. no difference to any other day. Rovers have to grind it out and get the points. We defended properly and took no risks defensively. Thats what we need to do today to get the 3 points. After we scored we controlled the game and get better as the game went on. Plenty of positives for us and the team. -

We have better keeper than previous seasons, Lenihan looks better, Ayala set to return shortly. But we defend as team and we just cant rely on the back 4 and keeper. -

Well I'm not a Burnley fan having to watch week in week out for 8 years so unfair question cos until you have to watch it for that amount of years you don't know how you would fair. I didn't watch the game at Anfield so cant comment on the game due to my work circumstances. Yes you are correct but I have made in previous discussions on Hughes and the team he built from arriving here and leaving here. Hughes developed and improve the style and the squad we signed Bellamy, then McCarthy then Santa Cruz. I remember the 4-3 Rovers win over United with Bentley hat trick with Kuqi up front or 2-1 win at Old Trafford with Bellamy and Dickov up front. Its a great shame we only had Bellamy for one season but we still finish 6th that season. has the previous 2 seasons team been capable of top 6 I'm not convinced at all. This season team is capable of challenging for the top 6. Let's see where we finish -

Dyche has done a good job there. For me, that type of football has a shelf life before fans get bored of it and want a change. I find Mowbray's football entertaining but since Covid happened and we were banned from attending live games I only seen the Rovers games on TV this season. I haven';t bought a season ticket as we cant attend games or bought match day passes as I either asleep or prefer Radio Lancs commentary of the game. I would much rather be watching Rovers live in the stadium. Dont enjoy watching us on Tv or stream as I not been used to watching Rovers this way. -

Hughes football was attacking and good to watch where I would say Dyche football is not good to watch and dull to watch. -

why would anyone want us to lose and get a thrashing? also we have seen 2 posts from 2 very respectable members that the owners have full faith in Mowbray currently. Are we going to ask this sort of question every match day. I'm niot sure he said he missed his family just he spends most of his time away from them now managing us. I like us playing 4-3-3 formation. Armstrong with the winning goal for us today -

Mercer, yours post isn't feedback just another rant against my post. I already know that we don't agree on Mowbray and his future, so why keep telling me? I haven't forgotten you know -

already explained the reason why using the 2020 is wrong like a global pandemic going on. Mowbray hasn't been a burden to Rovers or Club. Maybe you prefer the club to be in mess it was before. Just be careful what you wish for. -

we don't have that many ex Boro people at the club. The way you and some others talk you would think we have loads. Simple we don't -

Mowbray has said he had no part in Rovers owners bringing in Waggott as CEO so how can you say it was Mowbray suggestion to the owners to bring him in. Venkys will need to bring in a replacement for Waggott before anything is done about Mowbray whether you believe he should stay or go. I have spoken about having a Sporting Director/head coach structure in the past and its something I think Rovers should look at seriously bringing in. I have suggestions potential replacements for Mowbray successor and I still believe in giving him the season and review in the summer. I don't have any communication with Waggott since he has come to the club as I have no reason to have. I ain't a business client or do have access to the Rovers board -

Maybe not yet for Dyche but there is plenty of cases of it. I don't know why you mention Brighton in this discussion so why? Under Hughes we played attacking football whilst being organised and well drilled. We weren't played defensively after his 1st season here. But Hughes changed his style from when he took over when we played 4-5-1 to playing 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1. We have Tugay, Bentley, Pedersen, Bellamy Santa Cruz, McCarthy. Hughes brought in Quality attacking players and allow us to attack teams whilst keeping our defensive shape. mercer, The same weekly rant at one of my post. why? John Williams was paid too much? what was he on? He was the best Chairman in the PL at that time despite getting the Ince appointment wrong. -
Ayala was the one you wanted to sign all summer and was disappointed when the deal look like it was off didnt you? you were massive in favour of signing Ayala in the summer January transfer window 2020 - Page 297 - Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard - BRFCS.com - By Blackburn Rovers fans, for Blackburn Rovers fans.

would you want to watch Dyche or McCarthy type of football regular basis and do you agree that type of football has a certain shelf life before fans get bore of it and depend a change of style? Look at Hughes and the job he did at Rovers and change style to more attacking style over time and signed excellent players whilst on a limited Budget. He proved it can be done on a limited budget. Or Rodgers at Swansea I like watching Southampton play and I have been very impress by Ralph Hassenhuntl there. His style of football is good and enjoyable to watch.
