Recruitment of players. Do we have a proper recruitment plan in place for the summer? Will you decide who we sign or Both Mowbray and yourself joinly decide? Will money be available?

Braga can offer European football and maybe Champions league if they finish top 3? That's better Championship football. Why Dan Petrescu? He doesn't stay long at his teams he coaching around 1 season every day. What's so appealing about him?

We have no idea if they would do better. All opinions. Why would Neil go Aberdeen? Talking to PNE on twitter he was saying Alex Neil enjoy living in North West. Hughes, Neil, Monk and Rowett would be good choices to replace Mowbray. Why would Carvalhl leave Braga and European football possibly Champions league football for a team in Championship? Think is where an experience Sporting Director with European contacts would come in useful.

Tony was my standout choice. His qualities both personally and professionally made him an exceptional candidate. Proven track record of organising teams with and without the ball and bringing defensive rigour to teams. And as can been seen from his interviews he’s an incredibly passionate guy about football with a huge appetite for improving players.

Firstly, who knows what they will do about that whole amount. But give that money and the same wage budget as this year and a good manager would get us top 6 IMO

It's you saying Mowbray doesnt have full control over transfers, so if you saying this how do you know? Any good manager will rely on his scouting, recruitment and data analysis staff for transfer targets..

Unless we are in the room when transfers how do any of us know really? If you know more please feel free to share with the messageboard Mowbray has a staff he trusted like trusting Lowe's judgement on Sam Hart, or scouts on Dolan or European scouts on Kaminski.
