If Smallwood or Samuel are more interested in money than playing football that is going to put off some managers from being interesting in them. its very easy to say to post them when you aren't the player playing under 23's football and training. Smallwood has surely know for months now that he wont be playing 1st team football at this club. Look at Ben Marshall who is playing 10th division football. Why hasn't a league 1 or 2 club sign him? If I was a manager of a team in league 1 I would be very wary of signing either player if they are more bother about money than playing football and enjoying playing proper football again. We see the market put up after this weekend games as it always does in the transfer window. Every window is the same. Most of the window is slow and dull and then the last week of the transfer window is busy and chaos. Its a club option so its down to the club not the player to decide. if we terminated their contracts after the window closes they cannot signed for another club until the summer

Who knows what is going on at Rovers incoming transfers wise. The Market has usual is slow as always and After the weekend will be Chaos as always. We don't know what Samuel and Smallwood are on wages wise but I don't see why they want to play no proper football and just train after train. I would rather be playing regular football than not. Even if it on less wages.

Its good for young players choosing playing time over wages. I feel this is where Gallagher gone wrong during his career between in Blackburn spells. Look at John Egan who left Sunderland and went to Gillingham then Brentford and now Sheff Utd. Rovers wanted him between his move to Gillingham.

I would like to see Fisher and Hilton gave a game each towards the end of the season if Playoffs chance are out of reach at that stage. We have to see how well Butterworth comes back from his injury. Mols is 21 years old isn't he? maybe he need to leave to further his career. Hopefully we can develop Whitehall and Barnes into good centre back options for the future. If we are to loan Buckley out(something I wouldn't do) then we need to find the right club that will aide his develop not hinder it like some young footballers it does.
