I dont want to move our best player in deep playmaker role to left back as you suggest you would. Hope you understand the reasons why. It's far from ideal Bennett at left back but its 4th choice so its needs must. Dont think Holtby is in the same class as Downing in terms of playing that deeper playmaker role. Why would you play Armstrong in wide role unless Graham is on the pitch? Armstrong is our best striker and he scores goals. Play him up front. Why change from the 4-3-3 that's worked so well last week. If you want Rothwell to replace Gallagher then Rothwell surely has to play the right side?

The article says assessing the player not that we are signing him. Rovers recruitment team will be looking and scouting players. All because you are scouting players or link to player doesn't mean you will sign every player.

Well why didnt look into the Bell's contract before posting? I posted a link last week saying that the club exercise the club option in Bell's contract from a Rich Sharpe article. Bell had a club option so Rovers took it. The championship playoffs is wide open, anyone of twelve teams could be in the playoffs including WBA and Leeds who are guaranteed the top 2 spots just yet. its one player, most championship clubs wont be signing players before end of the season for vary reasons like whether the EFL relax the FFP rules or Wage cap budget. The EFL need to rule on this. I read I the athletic that Hull will restrict their new signings wages to 4k a week unless he is marquee signing and they pay him 6k a week. Yes 6 signings. Hopefully this scouting the foreign markets produces some signings. We might to sell one or 2 players to satisfied FFP rules if they aren't relaxed as UEFA have done for their competitions.
