  1. Well we know what happened with the keeper situation in the summer. Mowbray discuss this in the summer, around the Brentford home game and at the supporter consultation meeting you attend. I would think that Tosin was a target all summer. Unsure on Cunningham as it was the last couple of days of window. I don't think it healthy or unhealthy situation in all fairness. Looking towards the summer we are looking at making around 6 to 8 signings this summer. Depends on who is sold if anyone which I think Rovers will try to keep all key players. why no appetite? we need around 3 or 4 defenders. 2 centre backs, 1 first choice left back and possible right back depending on Nyambe future and Bennett role within the squad. Then 2 keepers and 1 right winger. Possible target man type if Graham does go. Rovers have a club option to extend Bell contract for 12 months. I would give him this extension after his improvement in performance. Mowbray will be doing his homework on potential signings now so in the summer we are ready to go you would have to think so. Plus with our new European scouting network up and running I would expect majority of our signings to come from Europe.
  2. new ticket offer will be made public soon "We are also trying to encourage more of our match by match supporters to commit to the final four home games by making available a four match bundle, which in effect you pay for Bristol City and Leeds United and get West Bromwich Albion and our final home fixture against Reading free. Prices will be released soon" from the link above
  3. Well defenders did come in tho whether on loan or permanent. Think people including myself expect 4 defensive signings. Would you not agree that Tosin and Cunningham were improvement on the players they replace? Of course we would like permanent signings but didn't happen that way. Going off his comments about summer signings I would hope we make 3 defenders and 2 keepers signings.
  4. But I haven't. Gibson did admitted that he had made some mistakes in the past decade in the article I posted this morning
  5. Pulis wasnt sacked tho by Boro. His contract wasnt renewed after a meeting with the Steve Gibson discuss the future for Boro and the budget. https://www.mfc.co.uk/news/club-statement-tony-pulis
  6. Well I don't know him personal so cant comment. Leave that one for you
  7. Well firstly I've always said we wouldn't be able to afford price wise. I've rated Walton for most of the season and see improve and development in his game. Plus his confidence is much better And I think Gallagher did impress during his loan spell here
  8. Being critical and dislike are 2 different things.
  9. You enjoyed your Premier League lists. I've not interested who these so called experts picking the hall of fame. I will make my own judgement from what I have witness since 1992/93 season.
  10. There should be uproar if he isn't 1st on the list don't need to look at any Premier league players lists tho. But you clearly have. Ive watched all the Premier league years and seen many players so don't need your lists.
  11. But Boro Owner Steve Gibson has backed Woodgate today as the article said I posted. I posted both side of the debate of sacking a manager so show balance so I wasn't accused of being bias. You make a fair points about a new manager having time to assess what he got just in case they do go down. I don't dislike Hughton or McCarthy tho. I criticise Hughton from changing his playing style instead keep it similar to what Wilder has done. I think Potter has Brighton some good football and should be given more time.
  12. My point was the only reason Bigdoggsteel keep going on about Keane cos he Irish. Le Tisser is PL great. Just like Shearer, Cole, Bergkamp, Zola, Cantona and Henry are. I would say Giggs is more of legend than Keane in my opinion
  13. Blimey he been quiet for 2 games. And before that he scored 2 goals against Brentford away. Armstrong is a striker. He stepped up the plate and produce where as Gallagher, Samuel, Graham and Brereton hasn't produce Armstrong scoring and assist stats since Mowbray moved him up front
  14. But yet again I never said Keane was a PL great or leader. so stop talking this tripe!
  15. No guarantee a replacement would be doing better. only 10 games to go. We seen before when clubs sack their manager with a few games to go and has no effect. Examples like Dowie at Hull or Adams at Norwich. Sometimes it worked when Clement took over Reading and Monk at Birmingham in March 2018 to keep both clubs up. Chris Hughton? turned down 3 offers from Championship clubs this season. Mick McCarthy is in charge of Republic of Ireland You enjoying writing words like relevance doesn't you? Suggest you look into why Woodgate was appointed last summer. What is wrong with giving young British coaches a chance to manage clubs but you stood defended Huddersfield decision to appoint Siewert tho didn't you!
  16. Utd won 7 PL titles which he played a part in. You have only mention Keane cos he is Irish
  17. Highly rated coach according to reports and has a background in coaching. Started at Crewe and then Liverpool. Well we don't know if they approaches made for Wellens or Robinson or Eustace were cos they first choice or before Critchley in the list, Or simple wanted to interview them before selecting their 1st choice.
  18. why put our best striker wide left @roversfan99?
  19. I agree. No reason to lift his leg up
  20. Pulis reccomend Woodgate for the job in the summer. Might aswell stick with him until end of the season
  21. Still 18 months left on his contract even if Dack is back at Christmas time. We see when Dack is back. Might never the same player again
