  1. Did you the video of how training is done and the advanced training methods we are using? Like Damien Johnson role within the setup. Rovers don't pay big wages for manager. We are a town club not a big city club like a Wolves or Leeds.
  2. Crowley's record is 21 games. Won 7, draw 6, lost 8
  3. I can only go off the report. Can you tell us what's he on then?
  4. We are passing the ball to feet more compare to last season and the stats back that up Here are our stats from our last 3 wins.
  5. Being Burnley number 2 or 3 aint going to improve him
  6. We are our stats from the last 3 League games which shows how many long passes, total passes and crosses within the game. So compare those stats to last season and you will see a different in an approach
  7. Not sure he is any better than we got in Walton or had in Raya.
  8. I said we would have sign Smith when we promoted instead of signing Brereton has I said yourself at the time. Scored 11 goals for QPR the season we got promoted in. Plus this season 5 goals in 16 goals. Plus he would enjoy the crosses we put into the box.
  9. I agree on the wages plus they are still in 3 competitions aswell.. Grant was good at Stoke. I would keep my eye on Dawson at Sheffield Wednesday. Out of contract in summer. Only 24 years old. 7 clean sheets in 15 games this season. Or will we go for foreign keeper. Mowbray said we had 2 foreign keepers line up to come but both fall through last summer. Don't have any names but Mowbray has spoken about this.
  10. Thanks. I suggest someone like Ruddy or Lee Grant. Dawson has been linked with us from Sheffield Wednesday. Does appear he out of contract in summer
  11. How many players do we scout on a weekly basis I don't know
  12. I don't know when we scouted him during last season so I couldn't comment. Just a name I was given during last season by a friend with a good source at the club. I have no reason to doubt his info as I trust this friend He would be a target man striker similar to Graham and would have thrive on our crosses into the box we do. Give us time to look for a striker who will lead our line for few years. Players like Austin, Grabban, were never coming here due to wages they are on.
  13. We have to agree to disagree on Gallagher. I have also told you who I would appoint if Mowbray had to be replace
  14. I know we scouted Che Adams during last season. I don't know who else we look.
  15. Manager's choice. I told at the time who I would have gone. I would gone for Matt Smith.
  16. Like I said I have no reason not to trust JB's info that Dack had agreed a move to WBA. I don't know the full in's and out's The rumours of Schmidt are correct. Look at Rich Sharpe tweet yesterday that he replied to me on twitter, @SkipDonoghue's post on a young German attacking midfielder being shown around Brockhall and the article on him being linked on here. I don't know anything about the player or where he played positional or how many times we scouted him. So before I start putting the player into category of bizarre choice I would like to alot more about the player and why we are signing him and how many times we scouted him. Like I said yesterday and before, I think there is a player in Sam Gallagher but in terms of development he hasn't improved in his 2 years away from here due to a poor loan move at Birmingham for the reasons I explained yesterday and being stuck in Southampton 23's last season. He had 5 good chances yesterday but he got in the right positions but he does need to improve his movement and especially his anticipation aswell to get even more. Yes we have bought the players we have bought is right. we can re writing history as much as we might want too.
  17. Brereton wasn't Mowbray 1st choice target. Gallagher was. we tried for him but Southampton wouldn't sell and Hughes said he would keep him and use him which never happened,
  18. Mowbray and the coaching staff highly rated Buckley which is what Ive heard at the start of the season. Mowbray and Waggott have said this a number of times
  19. Yes he did. That's sort of my point tho. we knew the rules so we have to deal with it. if Dack was set to leave and go to WBA then we shouldn't have played him. I have no reason not to trust JB's info on this. Mowbray doesn't seem to think Rothwell can play the 10 role which I think he can IMO. Holtby can but doesn't seem fit enough to last a full game but it is his 1st season at this level so still coming to terms with fitness levels needed at this level
  20. Well we bought the players we have bought/. Cant re write history sadly Freeman gives you creativity. So you want 6 signings this window? so where are the funds coming from and we just keep adding to the squad that need cutting number wise. Plus FFP rules to comply with I said that we need 3 signings. Keeper, left back and centre back this season. Is this Schmidt coming in on a loan to buy next summer to replace Dack long term? That's what I said this morning I don't see Brereton being here much longer for the reasons I posted yesterday
  21. yet again wages and fees involved no chance. we are very likely to sell a Dack(if fit), Lenihan or Armstrong to keep us under FFP rules. Stupid rules in my opinion. This is why we will be looking for free transfers, loan players and cheap deals this coming summer transfer window Hogan's wages are too much for us. Same with Hart's wages If you wanted to replace Dack then why not look at Luke Freeman at Sheff Utd who is on 10k a week according to reports wants to leave Sheff Utd due to lack of playing time there
