Cozier-Duberry looking v good , working well with Duru. But it is a very one-sided game, so difficult to really judge.

Nearly got it right.......

At the start of every season I always feel optimistic ( soon to be disappointed sadly), but will go for a 3-1 win. COYB

I'll be amazed if we get anything from this game - so are entirely in the hands of others. I think/hope we may just survive. Confident ? No.

I think the 49 we already have might just be enough, but I'd rather not have to find out.

Anything other than an embarrassing thrashing will be a surprise .....but who knows.

Embarrassingly bad..... Stoke, and especially Brum losing could be important though.

Dreadful 1st half....

Was talking to a lifelong Brum fan on Sunday - he was convinced they are going down. Their fans are still v unhappy about the sacking of Eustace and blame that for the situation they are in now.

What is clear is that the team plays far better when he is in the side ...

I expect nothing at all - that way I won't be disappointed ....

Birmingham fans were v upset when Eustace got the push to make way for their "big name" manager and still are.....

Perhaps Venkys just enjoy seeing us suffer ..... At the time of the infamous "snowball" incident a (non Rovers supporter) friend of mine who did a lot of business in India said that it would be seen as a serious public humiliation which they would never forgive (or forget) because of the cultural importance of respect/status to them. I thought he was joking, but maybe not.....

Was considering coming to this game with my son, but looking at the tickets sales on-line the other day it looked like we would be in a virtually empty stadium, so decided against it. Too late to change now - other plans made.
