  1. The Lonsdale ones win that prize…fell apart in wash…stripes dissolved 🤦‍♂️
  2. Each of these options looks better than the one Rovers went with…& don’t get me started on non-reversed halves…😆
  3. The folks at The Blue Moon podcast asked us to contribute to their "City Heaven, City Hell" show and so Ian Herbert offered up his choice of two games between Rovers & City that he considered to be Heavenly & Hellish in turn. Likewise Merd from the Blue Moon podcast did the same so enjoy at least 50% of this show as the two fans discuss their selections. Your host from the Blue Moon podcast is David Mooney & thanks to them for allowing us to share it on our feed. Warning...may contain nostalgia and large doses of vicarious joy... 4. Can’t recommend listening to this enough… “Doncha wish your CEO was good like me” as the Pussycat Dolls may well have said… Compare & contrast with life at Ewood… https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/interview-ipswich-town-chief-executive-mark-ashton/id1482886394?i=1000618818228
  5. Derby invented a whole new way of valuing players…and stadiums…and training grounds 😆
  6. It was done to circumvent FFP rules (which were due to change). It was a one-off chance to generate a profit to give more headroom to spend. Lots of other clubs had done similar deals e.g. Derby. It was starting to become trendy & that’s why the loophole was closed.
  7. Specific rule changes regarding property sales to connected parties were brought in which is why this was a one-off opportunity. APT’s typically relate to non-property commercial deals e.g. inflated shirt sponsorship deals.
  8. We did some testing before we launched & I *thought* that it was possible to cancel auto-renewal during the subscription but it was a while ago I may be mistaken… Here’s my pledge to you - sign up, then once the sub is live, try to cancel auto-renewal - if you can’t & subsequently decide you don’t want it (before renewal date) PM me on here & I’ll see what we can do behind the scenes to either cancel the mandate or failing that, refund you on renewal 👍🏻
  9. “We believe that there are cheaper options at Preston North End, Bolton Wanderers & Wigan Athletic…” etc & so on 😆
  10. QQ - If you browse landscape…is the Pricacy tab still in the way ?
  11. http://apfscil.org.uk/members/blackburn_rovers.htm https://m.facebook.com/groups/2225754049/?ref=share
  12. Congratulations…you are the closest…with permission from the source I can reveal that the front of shirt deal is worth £100k apparently. Recoverite signed up for £250k by way of a benchmark but of course never paid up so… So if 10k BRFCS members are each prepared to give us £10 we’ll bid for next season’s shirt deal…😉
  13. A quick straw poll on here…what do folks reckon it costs for the front of shirt sponsorship at Rovers ? [I’ve heard some figures bandied about from good sources which I won’t compromise…just interested to get a wisdom of the crowds feel…]
  14. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/12020/12905608/republic-of-ireland-u21-match-abandoned-following-alleged-racist-remark-made-by-kuwait-player Lot of it about…
  15. I’d try & contact Yasir Sufi at Rovers to help you progress this…it’s basically his job…👍🏻
  16. Any regular user of this forum will associate the two. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing depends upon your perspective I guess.
  17. Trying to sort out a podcast special about this…🤞 But in the meantime…. https://megaphone.link/COMG2560872646
  18. If you agree with everything we say then I would be concerned for you frankly…thanks for the feedback 🤍💙👍
  19. Just giving this a bump… 2 long-sleeved shirts remain; 1 each in XL & 2XL PM me on here if interested…👍🏻
  20. Applications for season 23/24 official Grump now open…😀
