For clarity…what they do is (in extremis) provide cash for working capital during the year to stop any threat of administration, then at the end of the year they regularise the loans by converting to share capital (exactly as Jack Walker used to). Recently, the demands for working capital from India have reduced thanks to Raya, Wharton & Szmodics helping out… But for absolute clarity, each time working capital (& ultimately share capital) increases - it comes from the Raos…possibly via intermediary companies but as all these companies are 100% family owned, at the end of the chain, it’s the Raos providing the money…ultimately. That level of investment might very well not be noteworthy to them as it is lost in the roundings given the consolidated net worth of the group, there is that.

Expanding share capital by selling more shares to the existing shareholders dilutes nothing…not sure what you think is happening here? 🤔

I suspect the UK board have been told not to bother asking India as the answer will be “No”. Every recent action points to Rovers having to be self sustaining. They’ll only send money to stop us going into administration IMO “to save face”.
