FWIW - my golden rules for the perfect Rovers kit… 1. Royal blue 2. Reversed halves on back 3. Ideally…halved sleeves 4. As few extraneous bits of trim as possible 5. Red numbers …which means the 60’s classic for the old timers like me & the best modern equivalent - the ASICS/CIS version…

The Lonsdale ones win that prize…fell apart in wash…stripes dissolved 🤦‍♂️

Each of these options looks better than the one Rovers went with…& don’t get me started on non-reversed halves…😆

Derby invented a whole new way of valuing players…and stadiums…and training grounds 😆

It was done to circumvent FFP rules (which were due to change). It was a one-off chance to generate a profit to give more headroom to spend. Lots of other clubs had done similar deals e.g. Derby. It was starting to become trendy & that’s why the loophole was closed.

Specific rule changes regarding property sales to connected parties were brought in which is why this was a one-off opportunity. APT’s typically relate to non-property commercial deals e.g. inflated shirt sponsorship deals.

We did some testing before we launched & I *thought* that it was possible to cancel auto-renewal during the subscription but it was a while ago I may be mistaken… Here’s my pledge to you - sign up, then once the sub is live, try to cancel auto-renewal - if you can’t & subsequently decide you don’t want it (before renewal date) PM me on here & I’ll see what we can do behind the scenes to either cancel the mandate or failing that, refund you on renewal 👍🏻
