According to Mowbray Dack had a slight hamstring injury and wasn’t going to play; he also said he has no issue with him leaving before the game. I don’t believe any of this, no mention of any injury on the team news pre game -

Game changer from game over to game on! Never fancy Raya to save a penalty but that was a cracking stop -

Not sure the keeper should be beaten that side -

Disgrace if he’s not playing because he’s been dumped, Bell played days after his dads death last season didn’t he? -
Bolton’s game v Ipswich back in doubt due to an ‘IT error’

Nice journey home on a Saturday night that!

They’ve paid the staff now so the game will be on as usual at weekend and again no punishments for the club Really really hope they go down

There’s 3 lineups posted on here I really like the look of. Sadly with Tony clinging onto the famous 2-1 loss at Villa as a good result I fully expect at 2pm to be miffed that Bennett and Conway are starting and the likes of Rothwell are out and Chapman and co not in the squad -
Ridiculous how many concessions are being made for Bolton Bet they stay up as well
-
I made a point a couple of weeks ago, people were up in arms about the ‘knee jerk’ reactions but there isn’t a club in the land where the manager wouldn’t come under scrutiny after the run we’ve been on. Seems the consequences are more real elsewhere

Those are pretty shocking comments a hard worker on one wing doesn’t effect the other, add to that the fact that Nyambe in the right is better than anyone on the left so he’s just making up excuses now

Not sure any console will ever top my Amiga 500+ what a time to be alive

Such a tough call this, I don’t think I want to see him sacked but I would be pleased if he decided now was a good time to walk away. There is a huge job this summer with a new defence and new main striker needed minimum, Tony has been an amazing ship steadier and was perfect for last season but I’m not convinced he can take us further. We aren’t alone in wanting to be around the playoffs and have no divine right to be but at the minute our direction is downwards. As such I’m sitting on the fence for another couple of weeks!

Should be 100 and out now for Tony, time to step aside and give a new man some time to familiarise with the squad before the summer
-
Looks like Bolton could be bought by Bassini the chap who has twice been bankrupt and banned from all footballing activity for 3 years in 2013 Surely the football league can’t allow that? Course they will

https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/rovers/news/17535371.mowbrays-no-sulk-message-to-rovers-academy-graduates/ so do we need to win games so need to get rid of any youth and stick to the players we ‘trust and know’ Fatal flaw in your logic Tony, those same players have been awful for a good while!
-
Glad they are trying something new there, hopefully a few of them return I still miss my seat on the front row of the BBE upper though

This is an absolute outrage We should march on talksport towers https://talksport.com/football/efl/488432/every-championship-club-badge-ranked-from-worst-to-first-bristol-city-new-crest/

Apathy set in a little for me I didn’t know who we were playing nor could I remember our last result Hope to see a bit of youth to ignite some excitement for next season be nice to see Chapman, Davenport and Brereton up and running before the season is out Think we’ll get a result here, games after international fixtures are always a little unpredictable and imagine they have had more players away than we have

Define trouble, he’s failed to turn up for community service after assaulting a police man, whilst the latter involves mindless thuggery after too many beers and can be heat of the moment to back it up with not facing the music shows unbelievable arrogance, and he was with his Mrs before he came to Rovers. Whilst I think it may be a stance that could be ridiculed in years to come I would also be tempted to sell if offers anything like last summer came in. I think there’s a chance he’s peaked, his footwork is brilliant but not sure he will push on. Summer will be big for him, hopefully the manager assesses fully when they report for pre season and he won’t have put more timber on!
