Bolton, Fulham and Bristol city winning Rotherham, Charlton and MK Dons losing
-
Wonder if people will start getting twitchy again come weekend, we don't have a game due to being on the way to Wembely but the other teams around us do. After that all our rivals play Tuesday so potentially we could be 2 points from the drop zone worst case scenario before we play again. Rotherham away at Burnley Bolton home to QPR Fulham home to Charlton MK Dons home to Bristol. Tuesday: Bolton away at Brum Bristol have Brighton at home MK Dons have Huddersfield at home Charlton away at Preston Rotherham away at Reading Shows how big the win last night was for a bit of - dare I say it, stability. I can see Bolton picking up a couple of wins.

Don't feel quite as sick looking at the table tonight

How on earth could it have been offside? The fact he is behind the ball negates anything else. If it had been offside then anytime someone hits the post on a penalty or had it saved then any attacker would be offside on the rebound. I would also say it's more difficult to pull off than a normal penalty in which the odds are way more than 50/50 in the attackers favour. I can't think of any genuine reason why it shouldn't be allowed, it's maybe Unsporting the same way as doing kick ups at 5-0 is but I saw it as a tribute to Cruyff -
Sacking bowyer was 100% the correct decision The choice of replacement still in the balance but I think it will work out - I hope
-
I like to keep over a 2 game cushion, as it stands if we lose 2 and Rotherham win 2 they go above us. Win Tuesday and I think we are fine, lose and it's scary times
-
Terrible set of results elsewhere today makes it so much more real
-
Hoping Mr Rhodes does us a favour tonight and sinks MK Dons
-
And more importantly perhaps a round of fixtures we expected to slip further into trouble navigated without disaster.
-
I've said it's going to get worse before it gets better but we still have games in hand and some kinder fixtures after the horrible impending run. Still think we should be ok but may drop into the drop zone at some point
-
Well the relegation situation may look a little scarier tonight looking at some of the fixtures around us
-
We've already achieved the last one by virtue of being in it at all
-
Well Bolton kept their main asset, Charlton got Sanogo and some Fanni, Bristol City signed nobody and not sure about Rotherham.
-
Jake Kean is a real stinker, made a few decent stops yesterday but sloppy goals
-
We end the day a point closer to the drop zone with charlton battering Rotherham 4-1 away and Bristol drawing at home to Brum Could have been worse now 5 points above with 20 odd goals better off and 2 games in hand
-
Charlton winning 2-1
-
Charlton Rotherham is a huge game today currently 1-1 Bristol City playing Birmingham as well today in the league

I had a burger at spread eagle on Friday, came on a wooden slab with a huge crack in it, you know that can't be hygienic!

I'm still baffled that copying and pasting photos from trip advisor counts as journalism!
-
He did himself a disservice when he finally had a chance to shine in a pre season tournament and tried to chip a penalty and missed
-
Deal was set up by Ince before he left
-
He did, MK Dons was it?

Thinking back to when we were last in the premier league and some of the youth team players on the brink of the first team squad: - Zac Aley, (on the bench at old Trafford) moved gradually down the chain now at Northwitch Victoria - Jackson Ramm - Kings Lynn Town - Raheem Hanley, got a move to Swansea, recently banned for drink driving in his 'luxury Mercedes' - Curtis Haley, now at Padiham FC (not sure how close he ever got to our team though) - Robbie Cotton, (next big thing in midfield) now playing for AFC Goole - Micah Evans, at Stockport county - Nick Blackman, turned out OK in the end! The perils of being a young lad with an early career at a premier league club, your whole life is based on this superstar lifestyle you will soon have - then it all falls apart.

Going to the spread eagle at mellor next Friday - anyone been recently? I think last time I went it must have been a Brewers Fayre!
