Not blowing my own trumpet here but I'd sussed Grabbi out within 15 minutes of his debut at Derby.
-
Thanks to all but they've decided to sack it and go to Bolton instead
-
Does anyone know of any organised travel to Stoke on Saturday? My son and 3 of his mates want to go but will want to set off just after 12 as they're all playing in the morning.
-
Completely agree on all points Den. I thought Armstrong last year was just about at his level, I don't think he can cut it in the Championship and this is currently being borne out.

Yes i know what you're saying but, if played in his supposed best position, he'd be replacing Graham. Based on what I've seen of him do far in regard to movement, strength and workrate he'd be a very poor substitute for him. -

Hope I'm wrong on this but I think we've been sold a pup in Brereton. Movement was poor, ball retention poor and was lacking in pace and strength. Got to hope he improves..and fast. -
The lad Harvey Barnes is a real talent
-
I think we need a pacey keeper
-
Hands up, I never thought this would happen. Well done to all concerned at the club and welcome to Ben Brereton.

The Confession Box - opinions you had which were wrong

I was of the opinion that we had to give Venkys a chance initially and I actually thought the sacking of Allardyce wasn't that bad a thing. I'm cringing typing this. -

Still no chaddy.... -
Superb win when you consider the starting line up.
-
Next question would be who is his agent
-
I remember a poster on here in a previous transfer window saying we were going to buy the South Korean Foo King Nowan. I'll go with that this window.
-
Must've got that from Venky's when he 'was coming for them'
-
Still no sign of the big money....forgive me if I continue to be sceptical on the likelihood of a big money transfer.
-
A fit Anichebe is some player at this level, without doubt better than what we currently have. But he's never fit.
-
Dominic Samuel has the same initials as Dog Shit. Coincidence?
-
Reading have just brought this bloke on.
-
Well that was a bit shite wasn't it? We're neat and tidy in possession but with no cutting edge. Crap out of possession and their midfield gets the wrong side of ours with ease. No chance this side has 3 goals in it so a draw is the very best we can hope for.

Bolasie may well have lost confidence following his injury. One thing is for certain, he has the ability to run riot in this league if he rediscovers the form of a couple of seasons ago.
-
Shades of his infamous 50 million warchest and signing of Riquelme back in the dark days. Expect a few retractions, twitter blockings and blaming in the next week or so when sod all happens.
-
As opposed to building a squad around lazy players with no talent or skill? Yes, he's probably got a point.
-
Yes, you've seen him a few times since we've been linked with him and , hey presto, suddenly rate him highly (thanks google and wiki). Bearing in mind your scattergun approach to mentioning potential targets just admit you'd never bloody heard of him.before. As far as I'm concerned I'm 'keeping my powder dry' and I'll believe and critique any big cash signing if (a big if) and when I see it.
