Chaddy says a lot of things.

We have £7m to spend waste on Brereton but not enough to attract a decent manager.
-
Does Mowbray just pick players at random? Is he trying to keep everyone happy? I used to think he shoehorned players into positions to accommodate Dack, but it extends to the defence too.
-
A decent lower league manager who has taken Rovers as far as he can. If the owners have any aspirations of getting Rovers promoted (why else are they still here!?) a change is needed.
-
And always playing one of Evans/Smallwood when Rodwell is our best DM.

Yes, said so at the time. Steady eddie, never let us down. Why keep him when we can shoehorn some more midfielders in there?

I don't understand Mowbray's logic. We're told Brereton is one for the future, broken in slowly, kid gloves etc. There have been times when he could make a run-out with less pressure. e.g. 3-0 up against Hull and cruising. Does he come on? Nope. Then last night he's thrown into a midweek away game against a team battling for survival? ?

I love how some people think censuring any criticism of the manager gives them a moral highground. We've lost three on the bounce. Tactics have looked clueless. Any momentum we had a few weeks ago has gone down the crapper. Problem positions were not addressed in January. Money has been splurged on a "project signing" who rarely plays, and when he does he looks little boy lost. Do we have to be at the bottom of the table staring into abyss before they're entitled to complain? It's all well and good talking about consolidation and the dreaded "stability" but next season there's a good chance we will lose our better players.

Say lumbering more.

Little boy lost again. Kept losing the ball, nothing came off for him.

The ironic thing about "Soulsborne" is that for all its unforgiving difficulty, they are surprisingly easy to pick up and play.
-
Typical late bloomer. He'll be an England regular by the age of 47.

We have a negative goal difference, despite parity on GS with clubs in the playoff spots. Brereton makes the odd sub appearance. Hasn't scored a single goal. Meanwhile, our defence/midfield continues to ship goals and fail to see out games. Not that I'm saying Brereton won't come good (if/when he finally gets a chance) but striker was not a £7m priority.

A wasteful signing so far. That rumoured £7m could've been spent on our problem areas (i.e. full backs, midfield).
